| "Nothing you can do now is going to change the fact that you betrayed them." Ragnorok has a point. This is what pisses me off about Crona. You can't just cave in to Medusa's return and plant the snake and then say no to her second task. You can't just betray your friends and expect to keep them at the same time, life doesn't work like that. He should've thought about that on Medusa's first offer - if he were a true friend he would've refused her the moment she gave him the first task when he was in the DWMA. Rant over. |

| The scene with the Kid was funny. The conversation of Maka and Crona in the sand hole was emotional and the part where Medusa surrenders was really surprising. All in all, a good episode full of different emotions. |
| That was really heartwarming when Maka went down to Crona and said "why do you keep talking bad about yourself?" She saw through his facade completely and they really are on the same wavelength. I really do feel bad about Crona but I cannot stop loving Medusa, her ploy at the end has me really wondering what she's up to next. Kid always gets me. What better way to make a get away than to rearrange everything to be asymmetrical. |

| If this episode came after that episode when Chrona did Medusa's order to put that snake in Marie's cup then it would be more impactful. Many things have happened since then so I don't necessarily feel the feels even though I remember the events that had to happen as clear as the day. Still, indeed it was a great emotional scene, Chrona's pain of guilt and regret along with the fear for Medusa, her mother is too much to bear even for Chrona. I'm glad Maka got to Chrona and convinced Chrona to stop hurting and blaming themselves. Medusa is the source of pain for Chrona, it's up to the others to take her down! Speaking of Medusa... That surrender is absolute bullshit!!! Kill her right now! (Yes, in the little girl body) Or at least, contain her somewhere other than in DWMA! |

| While I'm glad that Maka was able to fully understand the real intent behind Crona's apparent betrayal and forgive him for doing something he never wanted to do, he still broke the rules of his contract with Death but Medusa's sudden and fishy arrival might probably delay the verdict. It would've been funny to see that Arachne actually got killed by Asura. |

| Kid's gag was amusing. I feel there has not been enough focus on Maka and Crona's friendship since Crona got accepted but I guess this work even if it lacks a stronger emotional weight besides Crona's abusive upbringing. Medusa probably planning something where she's ten step ahead of everyone. |
| Those sandwiches looked really good.. Also Maka messes up a lot, but I will say that she seems to be the best at handling Crona's outbursts. It's not super clear why she so insistent on forgiving Crona, but I guess it's ultimately better to have him on their side as opposed to under Medusa's control |
