| The main difference is the movie has spiced up animation (NOT re-done), a scene in the first episode moved to later, and an added scene around the episode 10 mark. The differences are extremely minimal. |

| Saw the movies, and yes it literally is the TV series just converted to make it easier to view as an movie with added scenes, different backgrounds, and better animation so basically, if you just watched either the TV or movie it won't make a difference. |
| You trade off better animation for worse pacing, that's basically it. It's not really different enough for it to matter that much though. With that being the case...yeah I have no idea why they made the movies either. The animation was already good in the tv series so...yeah. |

Sure you can argue that the two first movies are unnecessary but if they are just milking the franchise for all it's worth I've got no problem with that since it's a great series. |
