| It super obvious that its him, he has the face of a murderer. No but serious i dont think the 6th level 5 is even in academy city. Nobody knows about him and nobody can contact him. When they where searching for the level 5 in the railgun manga for the festival ceremony they managed to even contact Mugino and Kakine and those 2 are deep inside the darkside of Academy City yet they couldnt find the 6th level 5. My theory on this is that hes not in academy city. Maybe he was sent by alister somewhere. I think hes over in britian or somewhere with magicians being a representative for the science side in the magic world. Something along those lines. This way it could easily be explained why hes never found or seen in Academy City. |

That would make it more interesting because if I recall correctly levels are based on how useful you are, not measured by power. Although it doesn't really explain how he has hidden himself from academy city. My theory is that he can control time with a few drawbacks to make up for it. Hopefully he is a "sane" level 5 because every other level 5's are crazy besides mikoto. |

I dont think so.. >.< If that guy was the 6th he will be monitored by one Board Members.. and also if that guy was really the 6th, there should be his info in the BANK and he wouldn't go to the school for level 0.. There wasn't even a bit hint... aaaand in the INFINITE HELL where touma was Tested by Othinus he Wouldn't be easily defeated by touma in there.. But i Wouldn't say its 100% Not him.. I Guess there (in my own Opinion) about 5% its him.. (Maybe its because of his laid back character and it would be a good impact in the story if its really him in the end.. >.<) |
