She had a pretty hard time in this episode, but it was great to see her stand up to the Dark Samurai knowing that she was going to use and even going to toe with toe against at the end. Great Episode and with this I can tolerate the monkey, I love Kanetsugu even more XD Muneakira was so "busted" at the end, I can forgive the dismissal episode #2, now this show is back on track because there is something darker about these "dark Samurai". Now we need a training episode because Muneakira Harem is not yet powerful enough to take on these guys. 5/5 |

| Watched it in HD since the ATX uncensored version wasn't available. This episode was actually amusing even with the spurious flowers and inkblots although was anyone really surprised at what happened. When comic relief tsundere and non-talking monkey girl are my two favourite characters, you know it's pretty mediocre. |

| well i'm happy kanetsugu became a master samurai in the end and discovered she was already where she belonged, she just didn't know it. Another Great Episode, now for the Dark Background of the "Dark Samurai" to be unleashed >:D, can't wait |

| Dang that was a good episode. I know that Kanetsugu is the comic relief, but I'm glad she finally gets to become a master samurai. Been waiting for this moment for song long. After all the abuse from the other girls, now shes up to par with them or maybe even better. The battle scene was also awesome. 5/5 |

| ehh not a bad ep, not all that great either, made up for the last one, still the first show was better. Maybe this one will be better. Regardless I want to see the ending to see if we get a Samurai bride. |
| The title of the episode basically spoils the key event for us as the title 愛と忠 is pronounced the same way as the words that mean "Kiss with LOVE" and LOVE 愛 is the symbol of Kanetsugu, so her becoming a master samurai is known before the episode is aired. The title of the next episode is trickier as it means "General's Bride" but who is the bride? Given we see so much of Gisen in the trailer, could it be her?? |
| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| Kanetsugu became useful tho she was having a hard time with not being useful she even decided to leave. Luckily they caught up with her in time and made her a master samurai, it was rather obvious she would become one this episode with all the things going around. |

| Way better than the last episode. It was sad when Kanetsuga was being beaten by the crazy lady who was apparently in rage mode or something because her attitude changed when she "woke up." Plus Gisen was seen at the end, I wonder what she's up too. 5/5 Saw it coming and it was nothing new but it works for me, I guess in pretty simple. |

| Kanetsugu is a master samurai. Was hoping for this since she appeared in the first season. Better then last episode, I hope they keep improving. | Glad my prediction were wrong on the previous discussion cause i liked Kanetsugu every since she showed up last season. She looked so awesome in her Master Samurai form. Wonder will Matabei and Hanzou get to be Master Samurai too. Im curious as to who Maeda (the pink haired girl in the ending) is and will she be the next Master Samurai. |

| Pretty nice episode, it was about time Kanetsugu got some spotlight. Though I really didn't think she would get her powerup before Matabei and Hanzo, I hope they get theirs this season too. And the best girl Gisen returns next episode yay <3 |
| For a moment, I thought Kanetsugu had enough power to match a Dark Samurai, but it wasn't enough, and her hammer broke to pieces, too. I wonder what kind of power they'll need to match them. |
