| Wow. This is extremely difficult... uh... I kinda wanna pick Noire, 'cause Noire is <3, but hmm... I always did like Neptune especially her Purple Heart / CPU (Megami) form, so I vote for her. :3 |
| Noire, hard not to like her. Her tsundere act with Neptune is gold. I would pick Nepgear if she drop her "Oneechan oneechan" act and be a full tech savvy girl. |
Underling is my favorite followed closely by a tie of NIS and Falcom. You didn't make her a choice for some reason, so I went with other. |

| Rom and Ram are best. But if I had to choose one, then I'd go for the elder of the two, Rom. ;) Since she's not the type of older sister you generally get to see. |

| Neptune (my sweet, adorable waifu~~) <33 <3 I love her attire, especially her original hoodie design, though her Victory redesign is really great as well X3 Other than that, the bond Neptune and I share is a bond that I feel transcends the bond most people can make with a fictional character (Hence why she's my waifu) X3 In a nutshell, she spoke one very particular line in Victory about wanting the game to introduce a "sexy man with tonfas", and my OC [Kyo] that I've had for years wields tonfas, so it kinda' feels like a mutual attachment XD Yep, so my vote's going to Neptune XD |

| It's so hard. D: I've only played Mk II so I don't know much about the Victory characters (they sound awesome though) I really like Nepgear, Uni and Niore and NISA and Gust are really funny... I'll go with Noire. |

| Nepgear is the perfect girl, she doesn't have a "crazy" personality like the others, she's the most normal character in the game/anime. She's not lazy like her sister She's not workaholic and full on Tsundere like Noire and Uni She's doesn't get angry easy like Blanc She's not super shy like Rom or a troublemaker like Ram She's not a crazy Otaku like Vert Even when she transforms, her appearance doesn't change much and her personality stays the same. Plus Hocchan <3 |
