| In the latest issue of Dengeki Bunko Magazine, it was announced that a new spinoff manga of "Sword Art Online" will begin monthly in the light novel from vol.32 (publication date: June 10th). The manga is named "Sword Art Online Girls Ops" and will focus on events of Silica, Lizbeth, and Leafa and take place in the school for the returnees from SAO and the ALO game world. It was also announced that the light novel "Sword Art Online Progressive" will also get a manga adaptation which will be published in the monthly game magazine "Dengeki G's Magazine" starting from the issue to be published on June 30th. Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

I liked SAO for Kirito and Asuna, not the pseudo-harem. *Sigh*, as if there aren't already enough shows with an exclusive cutesy female cast centered around daily life of doing nothing, they've started turning already existing shows into shows centered around the cute little girly cast doing cute little girly things. Am I the only one slightly annoyed by this? |

| Cute girls doing cute things might be the best thing to come out of the entire franchise. No Kirito and Asuna in this series sounds like a blessing. Finally they embrace the core of SAO, pointless fanservice and harem hijinks, without pretending to be an actual show where plot matters. You know this will generic and most likely bad, but at the staff behind this know it is fucking horrible. |

| I will probably read this just for Silica, i always did like her and it would be nice to have more focus on her. To bad Sinon wont appear though i quite like her as well and she would of been a good add to this manga. | There's only one volume so far of Progressive so I don't see the point of making a manga out of it. Though Progressive vol1 is really long and it's getting published bimonthly so it might not be so bad. As for the spinoff, there's probably not much to expect here except SOL hijinks and stuff. I'm still in I guess. |

 If you really want to fit in, just put Legend of the Galactic Heroes in your top 5 and have it be the only 10-rated anime in your list. |
