At what chapter of the manga does the anime ends ?

As the title says,i wanted to start reading the manga and i wanted to know at which chapter does it leave off since the anime ended in 2009 and the manga continued through 2011.

Anime adaptation is totally messed up with manga dude.
Events are just puzzled.
Anyways start from chapter 17.
Note that it is a monthly manga hence each chapter consists of atleast 50 pages.
