| So... how did they all survive their thousand foot drops? If the pallet suits at least had their lights and/or jets fluttering, I could understand them using the remaining power at the last minute to prevent impact, but they where depicted as dead. |

 This scene reads: Blu-ray is on sale! :)) During the scene of Akane passing through that giant glowing red blob, all I can think of was "give Rei back!" Go Shinji go! lol. So.. VividGelion has finally ended in a positive note. Even though no one feels sorry for all those military personnels losing their lives so the girls could have their "friendship moment," I will remember them as real heroes of this anime xD. This proves once again anime's rule-of-thumb: main characters' sentimental feelings are worth sacrificing everything! Rei is stupid for believing in that crow; Akane is stupid for releasing her "friend" straight to the crow's stomach. The result? Destruction of epic proportion. But hey, Rei is so cute, and the two's fusion form is so baddass that I will forgive them :) The ending reminds me of why I watched this series in the first place, its Opening Song. Final Score: too much non-sense but enjoyable nonetheless, 7/10 |

| to bad no 4 way or even 5 way 'dock' but I can see why some rated as low as they have but I think ill be sticking with my 7.5/10 the series never really tried to be anything it wasnt' it was 'fun' to watch if you're into this type of genre. And many 'friendship moments' (cant wait to see that scene on blu ray haha) And it seems Rei came back to say hello in the end after leaving? |

| Did Rei's world just got restored by some flying paper thing? Lmao. Also they didn't explained shit about "them", aka those beings who are responsible for everything, plus with that at the end (foreshadowing Rei's comeback), brace yourself for season 2 pretty fast. |

| All Series all and all, i did enjoy it quite a bit, Giving it a 10/10 just because its just like strike witches, hopefully we will get a second season more or less. I was quite surprised to see Rei's and Akane Docking.  |

Who would have thought that Akane would be the one to fuse with Rei and not the opposite. I was expecting to see a Vivid Black but Vivid Red wasn't bad either. Rei was said to be 'super human' as in, human from her world are made stronger than human from Akane's world. Rei also possessed a very strong power so it somehow makes sense that she would be fit better as the host for the fusion. It's also good that the Alone respected their part of the deal. The crow was one damn bastard that didn't want to admit that mankind passed the test but the Alone approved of this passing and thus rewarded Rei as they promised. That last episode was cheesy as fuck but it was still pretty entertaining for me. I'd say this is worth a decent 6.5/10 |

| So Vividred Operation does have a meaning.... Ending is pretty bland I have to say. I guess there won't be much last-episode boost to the BD sales.... The art and sakuga is still top-notched. And some of the stories are on the "so dumb it is so funny" level. So I am contented, but it is also clear that it is not quite in the 10k sales big-hit category. |

Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |

| Dude...vivid punch? I was expected a page out of madoka and pull off a super bad ass vivid arrow or something. Them all docking is what I thought was going to make vividred but I guess it makes story sense to have what happened happened to make vividred. In any case...this is no Strike Witches. 6/10. Both have to deal with friendship, overcoming your personal barrier, butt and poon shots...heartwarming but this show didn't quite knock it out of the park. |

You can tell that they put most of the money on this last episode's animation. It was really good. And nice, well since i watched the 720p version. Anyways waah i did not expect the docking between akane and rei to be the VividRed, I thought she would become the purple one or something. :/ But it was a nice surprise, i liked the sign of the VividRed fighter. So in the end Rei got her world returned and went back to her home. But in the end end she came back, that made me happy. Because they finally became friends. Nothing beats the power of friendship. |

| So... what was the point of having Rei "leave" if she was just going to come back like 10 seconds later? Lol, whatever. Anyway, this episode was incredibly cheesy; but I would not have expected anything else from this show. Overall, the series wasn't too bad - it was no masterpiece but it was decent enough entertainment. I guess I will now have to find something else to give me my weekly dose of friendship and hot pants. |

| Friendship is so powerful! I am just wondering about the physics: Event horizon and enough enegery to destroy the universe. I wish the grandpa had told more. But I am happy now that Akemi could be happy again. Now I can watch something totally different. |

| I thought it was going to be something Like Vivid Naked Punch. Everything has naked into it. No All transformation. :( I thought there would be one final transformation where they all combine though Rei also combining was a surprise to me. |

| 4/10. A C84 doujinshi with all five girls getting gang-banged would have a better plot. No one also seems to give a shit when whole squadrons of jets and entire naval fleets carrying thousands of people gets destroyed instantly. |

| Tbh I don't really like the design of Vividred... And of all things her final operation is a punch which is rather meh... Should have just stick to the Rang == but still the final fight was pretty awesome because we got to see all the Vivids for one last time before the series end! :) The door somewhat reminds me of Doraemon though xD Wonder what could possibly happen if there is a season 2? Something similar to Strike Witches -> Strike Witches 2 plot? @@ |

| Yet another work by the very "special" Yoshino Hiroyuki... This is like.... Evangelion, Madoka, Strike Witches into one... Except it fail to capture a fraction of what makes the 3 popular. I would've given this a 2... but I'll give it a 3/10 for it's visual and it's so corny and bad it's hilarious script. By far, Yoshino Hiroyuki's worst work yet(Haven't seen Qwaser). Here's anticipating his new found low in the coming years. |

| Hahaha, I laughed this entire episode! Anyway, here's some random thoughts of mine about this series. Like Rei's pet bird Piisuke, a budgerigar. Is a popular pet in japan, next to dogs and cats. Now that I noticed it, I remember some good old days of tokusatsu genre where they also had a bird exactly like this...oh, yes! I remember! Vivid palette suit is very much looks like The Uchuu Keiji Gavan's suit! Oh! Anyone notice Vividred attack named Vivid Punch? Not Naked punch? Lol. |

| Finally, Akane and Kuroki docked! I've been waiting for this since episode one. I can't overstate this enough, the use of the OP/ED's full song at the end is always a fantastic move, they tie in really well, there is a reason why theme songs exists. I love happy endings, even if they are as sappy as this one was 5/5. As for the series...I should give it a 4 because to be honest, the writing was a new low, not even Guilty Crown, Accel World/SAO achieved such a level . Well, at least this show didn't take itself seriously, enjoyable guilty pleasure if you can turn off your brain. 6/10. |
