| So MAL finally starts locking news threads that are only a few weeks old? I wonder where was the announcement of this change? Or we are seeing yet another case of changes made that impacted users but not communicated to them? I wonder how long people would put up with this. As much as I have a bunch of information to share about anime announced recently I cannot share it in news board, and the anime series is too disorganized and chaotic to share information except with people already interested in the particular series. |
| I didn't know that kotatsu nowadays needing electricity fee! Oh, my... Being Eco! lol @ Female Minami vs. Makoto over stuff to check up on Chiaki's sickness. And Sukiyaki party! Cousin / Uncle guy again because of coldness from Eco. lol @ Izakaya! PJ day and being relaxed. lol @ Kana in the bed and Mako-chan taking everyone else out. Christmas party next? |

Because electricity is very pricey, kerosene heaters are the norm. The gas burner for the hot water is only used for the bath/shower as depicted in Minami-Ke is also very common. Then there's the bath - people shower beforehand so the entire family can use the same bath water in turn - no re-heating. As for central heating, it basically does not exist. In the summer, the air-conditioning in public places is set at a lovely 28 Celsius. This episode therefore really relates to Japanese winters well. As much as I like Mako-chan, this was more cringe than the usual cute. Of course, Yoshino simply is S. |

| Beef slices, negi, tofu, eggs, udon... Like Kana said, Sukiyaki immediately came to mind. The only thing that is essential but not brought by the visitors is the Shirataki !! I also wonder if the English sub translates any part of the menu shown when they went to the izakaya restaurant. Some of the dishes are pretty uncommon like Horse Sashimi and Horse Aorta. I have never tried the latter but horse sashimi I had in Japan tasted pretty good. And all those mentions of dishes like Angimo, Motsu-ni, Karasumi and Shime-saba brought back fond memory of previous visits to izakaya. And from what I read from the receipt, they even ordered Whale meat ! And Kana was right to some extent: Chiaki ordering only food she is familiar (but on the menu) is not the best way for an izakaya experience. And... more Mako x Chiaki !! |

| 5/5 The early bird catches the worm and ecological living is really challenging! XD Episode beautiful, laughing from start to finish during the narrative promoted. The plot comes full circle today, returns the Kotatsu, Yay! Drawings and animations shine as always, I love it! |

| I'm very picky with my food, and I don't like trying exotic-sounding foods. So I'd order the same thing as Chiaki if I were there. Holy shit. That mountain of bills. Well, I guess it is worth it to make cute girls, especially Haruka, happy. A bit of Haruka fanservice is always welcome. She has nice boobies! I want to squeeze those babies! |
