With $20mill per year, and about 52 episodes of Fairy Tail per year because there's 52 weeks in a year (total to about ~$7.8mill -- 52episodes x $150k), they are left with $12mill. So yes, maybe they can afford to have more better animated episodes, but they also have other shows to run, plus all these numbers are huge assumptions, so for all we know they can make much less, especially if they do a new show per season (12episodes x 4 seasons x $150k per episode and you'll have $7.2mill in expenses -- in total, they spend $15mill for FT + other shows). $5mill left to change, but factor in costs of rent, and other miscellaneous bills, then I'm sure they don't take home as much money. Plus, they have to reinvest money back into the company for them to grow/expand. They keep adapting Anime like they can handle it. They already have Fairy Tail and Uchuu Kyoudai which will not end soon. Ok maybe the can afford to adapt one more. But NO. SAO, Shinsekai Yori, Magi suffered from their insolence. They are too greedy. They don't care about the Anime they adapt. Vividred Operation aside, the rest are really good novel/manga but they just destroys them with their poor work quality. You said Production I.G have twice the employee as A-1 yet they don't do more than two Anime per season. Are A-1's employees too poor to have not an average salary? I doubt it. In short, they don't care about the quality, as long as the manga/novel they adapt have already a huge fan base to ensure that it will sell. |

| Wendy finally showing that she is a dragon slayer, not simply a glorified healer. Loved it, even though they cut it a bit short with that static scenes, and obviously Chelia was an unfair opponent. I'm not so sure on the result though if they continued. If Chelia can heal her wounds, but not restore her energy, she would run out rather fast, too. And i'm sure Wendy is more experienced with dire situations, Fairy Tail is always in one one way or the other. Restoring Chelias energy to make her miss for example was genious. And that scene with Jellal, Doranbolt/Lahar and Yajima..everybody seeing through the others lies, but still they continue. The question is if Lahar and Doranbolt know that Yajima knows, and whether Jellal and Yajima know they didn't buy the lies. Still, really funny. Next weeks battle..as someone stated, it appears Juvia should easily overpower everyone not specialized in water, and Lucy can summon Aquarius (unless she's on a date with Scorpio, or it's Wednesday (or any other day of the week probably..)). I wonder what reasoning they use to excuse Fairy Tail having a hard time. |

| That was a good fight for Wendy, she fought her to a draw. Damn you Jellal, you're getting careless! The Council guys, Millliana and Kagura knows the truth. Yajima's coming to your rescue was for naught. Fairy Tail is now in Kagura's crosshair and Milliana's gonna take it out on Erza. I LOLed at the ending, the shimmering in Mavis' eyes when she said she was not crying and sobs in between were priceless! She's too cute even when she's crying!  |

| I'm glad that Wendy didn't lose. I couldn't bear to see her lose after all the determination she put in. It was nice seeing her go full out on a fight, and seeing how strong she really is. Instead of her being a support/healer mage who stood in the background >.< |

| It was good to see Wendy take the stage in a seriously good fight, thought I doubt she'd have beaten Bacchus, if Raven Tail hadn't attacked her that is. I'd totally forgotten that a draw was possible too, kept thinking it was gonna be a sudden death or something like that haha. What is the pumpkin-head's deal? And as I had expected, Doranbolt pretty much just signed Jellal's death certificate, Erza is gonna have a tough time explaining this to Millianna, also there's Lahar to deal with... things are only getting more intense, hopefully the climax will be as good as I'm imagining! PS: Mavis is the most kawaii, sorry Wendy! |

| Nice battle between Wendy and Cheria. Never knew that a battle could be badass, cute and heartwarming at the same time. <3 both of them. It seem things getting complicated for Jellal and FT now. Oh my, Mavis is so damn cute. Its hard to think that she is so powerful with look as cute as that. |

| Was I the only one that wanted Laxus to console Mavis and pick her up like a child lol Wendy vs Shelia, very enjoyable. Little Wendy has become a strong woman. Back when she first appeared she was all shy and now she's going toe to toe against Shelia who has God Slayer magic. Great improvement. I wonder what Lahar will do now that he knows Jellal escaped. |
