I've made an overview since I don't know how long it does take for the characters to be updated / approved by mods:

Kaname

School life: He entered high school when he was 17 (2 years later than ordinary students).

Kaname is the second eldest brother and he is very close to Masato (eldest brother). They both live in the house of their father Kaoru who died. Kaoru's inheritance is to give this house to the person who stays there for one month. Souichirou (youngest brother, high school student, actor and son of Kaoru & his ex-wife) who lived (with his mother) 8 years ago in this house joins this competition.

Kaname's past till chapter 10:

Kaname is Sakurako Nioka's son. She is a famous actress and a relative of Kaoru Shirakawa (Souichirou's father, art director). Kaname's appearance resembles Kaoru Shirakawa a lot that's why there are gossips of Kaoru having an affair with Sakurako Nioka although they say Kaname resembles him because Kaoru and Sakurako are relatives.

Sakurako lives a typical destroyed "Hollywood life" with drugs and many sex partners. She ignores her son a lot and that's why Kaname gets abused by his stepfather. His stepfather sexually trains him to follow his will. He tells him that Kaname needs to offer his body to gain any love because every man had to do this to gain Sakurako's love. The only happy moments Kaname has are when he eats dinner with his mother. That is the only time when she has some time for him. This way the kitchen becomes his 'fort' to the extent that he even sleeps in the kitchen. Kaname is very good at cooking.
After his mother dies Kaoru (relative of Sakurako) immediately adopts the 17 years old Kaname to save him from his stepfather. He wants Masato and Kaname to become brothers.

Masato's father is unknown. Masato's mother remarried Kaoru. After she dies Kaoru treates Masato like his own son but Masato is secretly in love with Kaoru. He hides it due to he's his new father. Masato is an art director like Kaoru but Kaoru was much more famous.

One day Kaname who has PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and needs to be hugged when he remembers the past, he also gets really horny. Kaname seduces Masato while Masato doesn't know that Kaname was abused and this is an illness. Because of Kaname's appearance - which resembles Kaoru - Masato cannot hold back and has sex with Kaname.

Kaoru tells Masato that he has no long to live and that he wishes for Masato and Kaoru to become brothers. Masato tells him that it's already too late to become brothers. When Kaname secretly hears it he runs away. Masato finds him and his stepfather who is about to abuse Kaname again. He saves Kaname and offers him a deal: As long as their new father Kaoru lives they act as brothers - that will be their crime. It's because Masato cannot become brothers with Kaname.
