The vehicle was designed by Clarkson -- who began hosting the U.K. television show about cars in 1988 -- as a response to the Peel P50, the three-wheeled microcar made in Britain in the 1960s.

“I’m just staggered that ford GM, Toyota, all of the automotive giants haven’t thought to make a car like this yet,” he says, after screaming when he hits minor bumps in the road.

He says that at one point he made it up to 34 miles per hour.

That's a scary ride he designed, neat but scary and uncomfortable I'm not driving that.

He could expand his gas tank to 2L instead of wasting gas every time he fills up.

He could make a lot of things better but then if the little car was just fine he wouldn't have things to make funny stuff. When top gear guys do stuff their goal isn't on actually making something work good.

Haha, this is hilarious.
I love how he decided to just keep his face plastered against the helmet just so he wouldn't have to worry about smashing his face in over and over. Love how he just dumps out the rest of the gas he doesn't need.

Funny stuff!
Touch me, you filthy casual~

Oh Clarkson and his creativity. This is why Top Gear UK is much more entertaining than the shitty Top Gear USA.

The peel P50 episode was better i loved when he drove it around the BBC newsroom, and its actually a somewhat practical car if it had a modern overhaul
