Ugh I wanted to choke that blonde loli when she was tormenting Hime. What an annoying bitch. Kill it with fire, damnit! Also that part where Masuzu was reading the book was so awkward. It just lacked imagination and spark compared to Chuunibyou. I just couldn't get into it during that scene. Other than that, the ep was ok. Next ep the pink haired chick finally joins the harem. Vokoca said: Agreed. After wathcing Chuunibyou, my opinion of this show has changed for the worse. While in the aforementioned anime the delusions are awesome and fun to watch, here it is just embarrassing and painful - and it doesn't help that the main character is just as lame and awkward. Can't bring myself to care much for the characters either, maybe except for Chiwa at most, and seeing as this is taking the harem direction, there probably isn't that much to look forward to. Even so, this anime has its good parts. It is funny, or at least it was at first. It just seems to recycle the same joke over and over now. It's still quite entertaining to watch at least, so let's hope it'll stay that way till the end. ![]() |

i watch this show for the white haired girl and possibly the pink haired. other than that, this male lead drives me nuts. i love how he changed his life for the better and is taking care of himself and has the balls to be a man once in awhile but man, at this point, it's all bark and no bite. ughhhhh.. going downhill ![]() |
But uh, yeah. I hate how inconsistent the chihuahua is. One minute she's all jealous and upset that Eita has Masuzu, then suddenly she's sad that Masuzu has to leave? What? Not to mention Mana's bullying of Hime was so forced and out of nowhere, like it was just there to create more melodrama and make Mana look more like a bitch. In all honesty, I prefer Mana over the rest of the cast. Why? She seems like she has actual motivations that don't spin around in circles. I can't stand the way Masuzu's character is executed; I'm sorry, but I really don't like the manipulative like bitches that treat guys like their own toys. Well, sometimes I do (Haruhi, in a sense) but not in the way that's presented in this anime. Still, it's a fun watch and I'm interested to know more about Mana/Masuzu's family issues, plus Eita isn't a wuss of a male lead (that doesn't mean he's particularly good though, just better then average.) so that's a plus. ![]() |
I agree that this anime is a bit of a disappointment i already had that opinion at the first episode but i don't think it's bad enough to stop watching it. I had more fun reading the manga of this and might give the original the light novel a try. The awful chuunibyou naming sense if funny to hear in the anime tho. The episode could have been better. Masuzu's little sister should be ashamed tho it's easy to talk big behind a big bodyguard while sitting on the bonnet of a Rolls Royce just showing off with papa's money. If you really want to talk big like that do it with your own achievements and even then you still don't have a excuse to look down on others. Finally the red head makes a appearance wonder what she will add to this show. ![]() |
The ep had some good points, a number, but I feel like the above poster. It was just...lacking in a word. And with the Manga ongoing I wonder if we even will get an non-open ending for this show, or if its planned as a multirun. Anyways on that note I give the ep a 3/5. Though that bodyguard is bad ass lol. ![]() |
Ugh, this show became bad fast when it introduced the new girl and the "YOU HAVE TO GO HOME" parts. ![]() |
Hmm Interesting Episode I guess, I still wonder when we are gonna get more screen-time of the pink haired girl from the OP. Well the best part in this episode would have to be the part where Masuzu was reading Eita's Past Daily and She was going on about the 4(5) Angels. ![]() ![]() |
GOSH, I wish that Masuzu would just leave. I hate her more every episode. And now there's another retard joining the club. Why am I even watching this? ![]() |
The episode was pretty good. We get to see Hime finally stand up and speak out her thoughts. We get some more embarrassing moments from Eita's chuunibyou days. We also get to get a little more background on Masuzu (For example, her mother abandoned her when she was little). The ending finally introduced Ai as an actual character! Next episode is going to be about Ai and seems like something is going on between Ai and Eita! ![]() |
Wow Eita is just pathetic when it comes to fighting, no wonder he fantasizes about being a badass. That bodyguard stopped him with one hand. ![]() Signature removed. Please follow the signature rules, as defined in the Site & Forum Guidelines. |

so masu & chiwa ask who himeka give she said is eita's ex so for that masu read more eita's "note" mention many angels of burning flames & their names. then see if himeka want to join make a poem & others til hall monitor spoil attack after that reasons why himeka join give she was alone til seeing eita's burning flame. next day eita, masu, & chiwa doing pool clean til masu's sister arrive tell her sister move back to sweden yet while masu & chiwa head to locker here come himeka with note. til masu's sister grab the note being bigger TROLL than masu she read out loud to messed-up himeka cue eita saying SHUT UP blonde airhead & reasons you stink. which masu said i''m still saying give due to family probs masu tell her sister to say sorry & go away which all did. now that settle they let himeka join the club but here come ai the hall monitor to spoil it all. ![]() LIVING THE GS-LIFESTYLE MR.GS JUST ON THE JOURNEY THROUGH THE ANIME WORLD THE KLAC OF ANIME WORLD you either with ANIME http://myanimelist.net/clubs.php?cid=24159 or against the anime |
I was struggling to get through this episode, and thought how come it's so much harder than usual (than standard crap shows), I gave reasons why I didn't drop last week, but looking at them again.... 1) Not knowing how the anime finished would bug me. I pretty much know what's going to happen already. 2) Even though I know deep down that it won't most of the time, I have a slim hope that it will get better (and it has I might add on occasion). - It's not going to get better. 3) If I drop it I have a get a sense that I'll have been defeated, and no shit anime is going to defeat me! <- that's my childish reason right there. 4) I do like complaining about shows often. The best example I can think of was Infinite Stratos, on the forum I usually frequent we had a lot of fun pointing out how stupid it was. In the end I actually enjoyed watching it. 5) Often, shows go past the point of being unpleasant to watch because it's bad to being good to watch because it's become even worse. Take Symphogear, much as it was a pile of turd, towards the end I loved it a little. - This is just unpleasant 6) It helps me learn about the different things that make an anime work or not. I have a much better understanding of good and bad writing and such because I've seen so many examples of good and bad side by side. It's sometimes hard to spot things like good writing until you see something where it's missing. - I already knew this sort of bad writing before 7) This links to my last point, but it helps me appreciate good anime more, stupid as that sounds. For example, when Girls Und Panzer came out, due to my experiences with moe blob shows I was expecting something poor (I've found that trying to convince people who haven't watched GuP that it's a genuinly good show is nigh on impossible), but it totally blew me away with how you could actually be a good anime out of a format that usually has only produced repetitive and banal shows. In general as well, I can appreciate when a good show does something right. 8) I don't want some twat saying "ergh, you're opinion doesn't matter cause you only like watched 4 episodes like amiright??". 9) Each anime, no matter how good or bad, adds to my experience as a whole, and unless it was really boring I have never regretted keeping an anime up to it's conclusion. Even if it's bad, I can usually take away something positive from it. - I won't take anything good away from this. 10) Watching bad shows makes my rating distribution look better. 11) I'm sometimes really bored - But not that bored. I feel like I'm actually having to force myself through that. Onto the episode: I don't know how it does it so well, but every episode leaves me feeling disgusted. It's the pretentious bullshit I think. Yep, that's it. That and the "OMG I'M SO EVIL" little sister. ![]() |
I'm really enjoying this, I don't care about all the flaws. It's entertaining and the art/animation is fantastic. The only thing that is bothering me is how it's turning into a harem. I wouldn't mind two girls fighting over 1 guy. But it looks like there will be four. And I know since the manga is ongoing, there isn't a high likely hood that Eita will choose 1 girl in the end. This is a mix between Chuunibyou, Sakurasou, and Boku Wa Tomodachi. I like it more then the third, but it won't be as good as the first two. ![]() |
Eita's notebook gets read aloud and he's embarrassed = Hilarious, funny, comedy. Hime's writing gets read aloud and she's embarrassed = Horrible, sad, bullying. ...Don't ya just love double standards! Bleh. This is a lot worse than the manga, and the manga so far is mediocre at best. ![]() |
Finally. Ai is joining. I haven't seen a lot from that girl. ![]() Signature removed. Please follow the signature rules, as defined in the Site & Forum Guidelines. |
The five angels reading made the episode for me. Making the whole thing a reference to popular 90s anime heroines that 'couldn't love him more even if they wanted' was awesome enough but the fact that Eita also chose the CVs for them was just priceless. Aside from Mana being Mana it was a pretty enjoyable episode. ![]() |
Eh, the show is losing its steam. Himeko is another dull character, harems like these only get worse when more characters are added. Not to mention Chiwa was an annoying character to begin with ![]() |
Ai's finally here~ And I'm starting to like Hime tbh. Was a nice episode, except for the drama part... ![]() |
hmmmmmmm.....it was not that good as it is usually...I mean hime just came & now she is behaving like she is very close with them, same goes for eita & others. ![]() |
I thought we were passed this whole embarrassing yourself in public thing. Also the notebook mentioned 5 maidens yet there's only 4 heroines in the OP so is the little sister the 5th one? Also unless I'm mistaken this is the first time they reveal what SAMEFAG stands for right? ![]() Modified by Rainmaker, Feb 10, 2013 4:23 AM |
Himeka is seriously one boring shallow character, the whole past life ex girlfriend act was annoying the hell out of me and i pretty much skipped the poem. Luckily next week seems to introduce a much improved character that'll liven things up. ![]() Striking from nowhere. Killing with accuracy. This is who I am. |

Wow, Mana is such a bitch. I wonder what her problem is. Anyway, the harem's getting bigger and bigger now. Next up'll be Ai! ![]() |
You don't know how much my blood boils looking at that blondie, and also the pathetic Eita. Seriously, the bodyguard did like almost nothing, and he still can't do a single thing and get beaten up, just how weak is he. Anyway, from the look of the PV, looks like the hall monitor somehow has a crush on Eita, or maybe not. ![]() Signature |
My only motivation for watching this right now is the possibility of Masuzu saying something in Swedish. I've come to the conclusion that Hime is (even though she's kinda weird and I hate her hair) the best choice for Eita right now. ![]() |
It feels like Chuunibyou all over again which I don't like but the character development is keeping me watching and I dont think I will be dropping this. Oh and BTW I cant stand that blond bitch she is so annoying. ![]() |

The fact that Hime cried and Eita didn't while they were being exposed doesn't make what it's being done to Eita any less bad. That's because they try to make Masuzu look like some kind of misunderstood heroine and paint Mana as a horrible bitch but they are actually both huge cunts. Eh, he's already flaunted his old persona multiple times in public now... The book shouldn't be THAT embarrassing, let alone enough to keep him blackmailed. ![]() |
