THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
Are we expected to feel angry at Public Safety's completely harmless ruse to get its hands on a Soviet Labor?

Conversely, are we supposed to support SV2's decision to turn it all into a huge mess instead? Because they found being manipulated into walking around a town for a day (and buying some fish along the way) to be so annoying? Goto's "we're all on the same side" seems kind of naive.

Of course, the point is a Japanese-perspective argument that the Cold War has nothing to do with them...which I'm also not sure I would buy.

That's one OP police baton, though it wasn't strong enough to completely disable the military labor.

HILARIOUS

I can't even begin to express the creativity they have with comedy!
Shit's TIGHT!

And to think that I mentioned Public Safety Section 9 (Kouan Kyuuka) of GITS in the previous episode thread. Suddenly, in this ep, the Public Safety of Patlabor gets involved. SHIT! I am a smooth master of coincidence and instinct.

Weak sauce. The exposition dumb towards the end up was really bad.

Yeah, Asuma and Noa are pretty fun to watch. Also looks like the whole team really enjoyed the food at the end lol.
