| Wow I actually liked this episode, unlike the first 2 this one was interesting and the first half was actually rather funny. This episode didn't have useless nudity nor forced perverted comedy, Kintaro was actually pretty cool this episode. I like Golden Boy concept, but as I've said before the first 2 episodes were just too full of sillyness and fanservice for my taste, I couldn't take them seriously nor have I found them funny. |

| Great episode. The man to man kiss scene was just hilarious.. ROFL I felt bad for Nori the time she cried after laughing. :( Also, Kintaro got some martial arts. That was unexpected coz he was always got beaten up not until that time. I hope the rest of the eps goes like this. So educational.. XD |
| I can't believe i haven't seen this Anime till now O_O It's amazing! And yeah i kinda expected he'd know how to fight... he seems to be in a perfectly healthy mental and physical state, it's not surprising that on his ways he ended up learning self-defense. |

| This ep really showed a different side the Kintaro character (aside from being the fast-learner and occasional perv). We got to see a glimpse that not only does he learn/master technical/intellectual tasks and jobs really quickly, but when it's revealed he has pretty decent martial arts skills he was holding back the whole time by the end, that's really saying something of his abilities. Also, is it me or does it seem that when it comes to more mature and/or sexual female characters is what Kintaro actually may prefer, due to his implied rejection of Noriko at the end when she tries to confess to him, but I think he just doesn't go for the sweet, innocent girls since he didn't have any physical re-action to her the entire episode and was more looking out for her well being as a friend/brotherly figure more so than as a lover. |

| honestly i liked this episode the most so far, I really liked the more semi serious tone and the jokes were still spot on, the scene where he was trying to keep noriko dressed was hilarious. also one thing i should note about this show, Kintaro is actually a character that feels deserving of a harem, take note harem writers, this is how its done. |

| Yo did Onizuka steal the "Onizuka Eikichi, 22 years old" from Kintarou? Dude keeps saying "Kintarou Ooe, 25 years old" Both shows are similar, Both MC's are very similar and now they even have the same catchphrase lmao wtf |

| The thing I enjoy the most is being proven wrong. When talking badly about shows, or making challenges to their premises, I like to see if they can surpass my assumptions, because if it makes for great anime, then I win regardless. With this episode, Golden Boy manages to check off a standard cliche of saving a good girl in love from a jerk. However, it's really nothing to write at length about, but I'm surprised that the anime managed to be sweet about it. There was nothing here that I haven't seen before, but it was still sweet. I can't praise it, but I can't exactly talk bad about it either. That being said, if that guy was part of the Yakuza, what's stopping him from taking revenge, especially now that Kintarou is gone? |
| For being such a pervert, Kintaro is very concerned about a young lady's purity. Him rebuttoning Noriko's clothes while the guy tried to undress her was pretty hilarious. Poor Kintaro wound up traumatized by the move that would've had Noriko "creaming her jeans", though. |
