| The movie takes place sometime during the series' timeline before Wolfwood dies. I was kinda confused in the beginning too. At first I thought it was 20 years after the show ended, but the scene with the bank robbery actually happened before Vash ever met Milly, Meryl, or Wolfwood. |
| Film is set inbetween the anime around the episode 18-20 mark I believe. |
