Nodame Cantabile
| I'm surprised no one has talked about this series. I thought this would be one of the highly talked about shows this season. The manga version is probaly my second favorite manga behind Hayate the Combat Butler. It has been pretty faithful to the manga but still cut out some stuff. But the anime is still great. I can understand those who watched the live-action version to be disappointed with this ( i was too) but the live-action version was too good and quite different from the manga version. |

| I think the reason why no one's talking about this might be because they've all watched the live-action version already (me included, lol). The anime's not bad though, but I keep on thinking back to the live-action version when I watch it. I'm pretty sure I would enjoy it more if I don't :x |

| thats what i thought, my excitement for the anime also dropped when i watched the live action. but i still enjoy it. isn't the anime Nodame the cutest thing? |

| Just wanted to say that I picked this series up today. It's pretty much amazing. Definitely in my top 15 anime of all time. |

| Alright, I watched the first two episodes of the anime and......I must admit the anime is pretty awesome too. XD~ However, at time the anime reminds me of how good the live-action was. I was watching the anime at 4:00 in the morning and so when I go to sleep and woke up the sonata for violin and piano 'Spring' still ringing in my ears. |

| Great series. Just watched episode 15 of the anime a day or so ago. Helped give some insight into Nodame character and past. Plus that "Mojyo" song is still stuck in my head. |

| There are 11 episodes in the live-action. The live-action is a good watch. It was so good that I almost pass out on the anime. |
| Only 11 episodes? Wow, that's really tempting to pick up. Might not yet, though, for the same reason haven't started the manga, don't want to ruin the plot. Thanks for the info sorairo. |
| You say "only"... but since each episode is 1h long... it's not that little to watch. It's like the equivalent of 33 anime episodes. But I did watch the live action and it's AWESOME!!! I'll risk saying that it's much better than the anime. |

| I also watched both the live-action and anime, it didn't ruins anything for me either. Though I am with algelic, I enjoy the live-action slightly more than the anime. |
| I watched the first half of the live-action and I think I like the anime better. Probably mostly because I started watching it first and have "known" it longer. You know, as if the anime and I are friends. :) |

| I've only seen one episode of the anime and up to episode 9 of the drama. I definitely <33 the drama and anime's pretty good too. Finally another good series revolving around classical music~ ^^ |

| one of my top 5 favorite animes. hearing that the live action is good, i might watch it a few weeks later. i want to cherish my memories of the animation in my mind. |

| Gyaboo, I just can't stop watching this series. Been 'marathoning' one episode after another (in my own pace thou ofcourse) and am really loving the characters and music so far. Also started the Live-action download since I've heared so many good things about it (and read it now here) and will watch that probaply after the anime. Wish I came across this much earlier. |

| I started the anime and the drama at the same time but only watched one, maybe two episodes of the drama. I'm going to go back to it, but I thought I'd watch the anime first. I totally love this series. I can't believe it took me so long to watch it :P |

| just watched the first episode of the live action (which seems to cover the first 3? episodes of the anime) and so far the anime is superior by far. i don't think i'll be bothering to watch the other episodes. |
| i LOVE this!! it sooo amzing and yet i dont see very many ppl praising it/having it in their favs....*surprised* maybe the music orientation puts them off and they label it as 'boring'?? no idea...elaborating here :D |
