How the fuck did you do that? Seriously did you even sleep?

OT; Around 20-25 episodes a day for about 5 days (One Piece).

It takes about 3 weeks to watch 630 episodes, assuming you still take care of yourself and sleep 8 hours a day.

So in his 24 days a 'normal' person who's on vacation or something can watch around 720-768~ episodes.
Yeah like redroin says I watched around a certain amount(around 30) every day, with a movie thrown in there when it popped up in the storyline. I did the math before I watched it to get the approximate day that I would finish to coincide it with the FI arc ending(at 30 episodes a day, it would take like 23 days). I slept the same amount of time each day, if there was any fluctuation with the amount of episodes I watched, it's probably because of my morning airing anime episodes(that ranged from 1 - 7 episodes a day).

One Piece just always manages to capture my attention, with Bleach I was getting bored around 150, with One Piece as soon as I finish it, I want to rewatch it again.

I wish I could watch it too, I wonder how much time it takes to get it in good quality raw. Just from watching those trailers, you can tell it's going to be great.

That was around the time when Bleach started to go downhill. Even the fight with Grimmjow was done rather weakly when compared to the SS arc. I don't know if I'll have the strength to re watch One Piece. It's probably gonna be well over a 1000 episodes when it's over.

Something I said in another thread.

yhunata said:
One Piece Film Z - Self explanatory as well. Oda wrote this one as well and we all know what that means.

Strong World was done very well (I just think it could have been done somewhat later as Shiki was someone who fought toe-to-toe with Roger and Sengoku & Garp, so him losing to Luffy at that point of time kinda destroyed my image of him), so there are high hopes with this one.

P.S. Is it just me or is the panda in your avatar going "GAAAAAAAAAAY!"?

I think I made it to 26 episodes of One Piece in one day. I usually don't get 'that' crazy about marathoning so many episodes in a day. However I'm willing to bet the sheer volume of episodes I've consistently watched in a 12 month period would easily beat most people here. That little year long marathon ended months ago but it contributed to over half my list easily, 12-16 episodes every single day. Err so yeah I'm a loser.

Well, if we're talking shounen, I remember being able to watch around 35-40 episodes of Naruto in a day. It's definitely easier with a shounen than a show that isn't shounen.

It totally is easier to marathon shounens. Must be because of their usually light atmosphere and pacing.

This, although if you feel like cheating you can watch more by watching 2 episodes at once or watching it on fast forward /shrug. Not as fun to do it that way though, ultimately.

I think onedaysnotice's way is to cut out all openings and endings and watch it back to back. I found and I think the site uses this, 60 episodes = 1 day.

Yes you're right about me cutting out the OPs and EDs, so I calculate each episode as 20 minutes long (21 minutes each will probably be more accurate, but oh well). However, MAL calculates view time as 24 minutes per standard length episode. Therefore for me, 72 eps = 1 day, for MAL, 60 = 1 day. It's amazing how 4 minutes can make such a drastic difference xD
