New TV Anime Ristorante Paradiso Announced

According to Ohta Books website, a TV anime based on Ono Natsume's manga "Ristorante Paradiso" was announced. It will be aired in Fuji Television's anime program block "NOISE" after "Michiko to Hatchin" ends.

"Ristorante Paradiso" is published in a bimonthly Josei manga magazine "Manga Erotics F". The theme of the manga is "Italian elderly gentlemen with reading glasses".

Wow, that sounds like something I would not like.

On the other hand, it's quite impressive that somebody has managed to get a manga with the theme "Italian elderly gentlemen with reading glasses" published so maybe I'm wrong.

This is just plain awesome. I never thought one of her works could get an anime adaptation; she has such a quirky style, it will be interesting to see how the animation studio in charge of it will handle it.

And now, for a better summary of what the anime will be about:
