| A little negative and a little positive. Negative ======================= It's made me a cynical person that can hardly see any positive outcome in things , and always assumes the worst thing possible will happen. (However this was present before anime , anime just helped reinforce it) It turned me into an anti-social person with no aspirations in life that merely sits around the whole day and browses forums and YouTube's random stuff along with watch anime. It has made me realize that 2D > 3D in almost every possible case. But seriously though , it's made me realize that anime girls are made to be perfect and that 90% of all 3D chicks are b!#$hes and are only after you for your looks or money. (Ignorance is bliss , I think that's why I list it as a negative even though it probably is positive) Positive ================== It was the medium that made me study to be a programmer. After watching Onegai Twins and 5cm/s in the same week. (So at least one thing possible) It helped me to cope with deaths of loved ones. And realize that life goes on after you stop breathing. Slightly in contrast with turning me into an anti-social shut in which I listed as negative, it helped me realize that most friends aren't really "friends" , and that most people merely want to use you. Previously I used to be a people pleaser , and I would not be able to say no to anything anyone asked, and because of this I was often swarmed with work that wasn't even my own and I just had to cope with it . However it taught me to always think before you say yes , and rather whenever someone asks "Can you please do me a favor?" , I'll always say "It depends on the favor". And after I started doing this I had stopped getting requests for favors altogether. =================== TL;DR It helped me realize just how F#$@ED UP everyone in the world is , and to realize that there is only a handful of genuine people , and when I meet these people that I must keep them as close as possible. |

| Anime has given me my first F's and D's on my report card. When i started One Piece Homework flew out the window. Projects, Online Tests, Essays, everything nonexistent. I feel like i have more control over myself now, but it's Summer, Who knows and who cares. |

| A bit, but unlike others it certainly hasn't made me fat and lazy. Infact I try to hang out a little more because I am sometimes jelous that anime characters seem to have a lot more fun than me in their summer, so I try to go at more outings nowadays. |
