Will that rollback effect the users' lists?
The rollback already took place.

Then, I want to report that my Favorite Lists were erased today.
It seems there were other users whose favorites got deleted. I doubt there's a known reason for this. Perhaps you did a mis-click or clicked on a link you shouldn't have?

You can use this if you don't remember your favorites. Unfortunately, you'll have to manually add them.

I have the same cookies problems. It looks like the permanent cookie is now tied to your IP. When IP changes - in my case once in 3 days - cookie becomes invalid. Looks like others also have dynamic IPs or even multi-gateway NATs. On other sites I just get logged out when this happens, but not on MAL...
Oh, and by the way, I'm from Russia.

I tried logging in before, but it wouldn't log in and it displayed the "cookies error" at the top of the page. It still displayed the error after I cleared my cookies.

I had a problem last week, where I couldn't log in unless I went through a complicated procedure. I had to use the member search to find my profile page, then move to view list, and then loggin from there by manually entering my password. No problems using cookies this week.

UK, using IE

From Thailand. I'm using the same firefox profile with two computers. One at home the other at work. They're syncing with 3rd party software so they're the same whenever I switch between this two. I'm using this setting for a couple of years without problem till recently that you announced security improve. The weird problem is I can login at home but not at work. Yesterday it still work by clearing cookies but today that's won't work anymore. I've to install another browser to login and post this problem. I understand you are still trying something to improve your site and I appreciate that but when will this end?

Update my status. The clear cookies work around is working again. Only clear cookies for myanimelist is fine. After cookies is cleared just reload and login again. Have to do this once a day.

My Account Keeps Signing Out And Only Logs In When I Don't Check For The Site To Remember Me. It's Annoying. I Don't Like Typing In My Username And Password Every Time I Come Here. I Come Here Very Often. I'm From The United States. The Cookie Message Also Pops Up At The Top Of The Page. I'm Using Google Chrome.

Ireland, same "Error keeping you logged in" problems on both Firefox 17.0.1 and Atomic 7.0.1 (iOS). Seems to happen after a long-ish period of inactivity, say 5+ hours. I've only ever gotten the problem after being away for that long, if I keep changing pages and updating/posting etc, it never happens out of the blue.

No log-in issue here. There might be a cookie or cache issue though regarding the update list on my sig. It is always behind by a few days. I have checked on different computers with different web browsers and different ISPs and IP addresses. Maybe the TTL is set too high somewhere.
