| Hyouka wasn't the best show from KyoAni in my opinion, Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai! is doing a good job retaking the KyoAni pace and style I guess. So I'm looking forward to this show anyways:p |

I don't like animes with all generes made "half-assed". Hyouka was horrible as detective, comedy or romance and half-assed as SOL or drama 3. You calling this romance?! Even typical harems have better romance than this |

Even typical harems have better romance than this First of all, I'm not a Hyouka fanboy. I'm neither saying it's good nor am I saying it has absolutely no mistakes. I don't get why you think I am. Or is defending a show equal to being a fanboy of it these days? Secondly, I said it has great interaction between the characters rather than great characters. They were given enough depth and felt human, they felt like 3d characters. They all had something you could, in most cases, somehow relate to. And that made Hyouka, especially the middle part(Festival arc as I previously mentioned), great to watch. Third, Hyouka isn't even trying to be a comedy or romance show. So it's obvious that those aren't it's main focus. There are however some moments of those, and those are generally well done. Especially the romance, because as I said, it has great character interaction. But I guess in the end it just goes down on your own preferences. And there's nothing wrong with not liking Hyouka. To say it's bad without giving actual arguments despite you saying you give them is just stupid though. |

Monogatari and Madoka are huge exceptions to Shaft's usual modest sales performance. I agree about Sasami-San. I expect it to do closer to Denpa Onna kinda sales (solid sales but not a big hit) than the Madoka or Monogataris. Honestly, I expect the biggest seller of the season (without guessing on this new KyoAni anime due to too little info) will be OreShura or VividRed. They both have the stuff going for them to be good sellers. Haganai 2 as well if its able to do about the first seasons sales. |
