| Lol finally they opened up their eyes, Haruhi finally knows she was a f tease and that she's workin for a douche and Furuichi knows that he was a dumbass from the beginning and that... he can rip off his own head. Felt bad for Akiyuki comming home to that lol now he can't kiss his mom with that face. |

| Woah ... so at the beginning Furuichi is all like crazed jealous friend, then he goes "good" then he just ... kills himself? ... well anyway, interesting so Akiyuki has temporary memory loss? This turn of events seems like this will drag for awhile. |

| Haru is actually a pretty tough cookie, I'm surprised how she's being developed but I like! She's not weak like most anime chicks tend to be. This was definitely a sad episode though. I love how Furuichi escaped in order to get three Ramune drinks, and even referred to Akiyuki as his best friend. Although, since the last word wasn't finished, it could have been best enemy or rival. :] The place where he took his own head off though, wow...now that shocked me enough for me to go back and re watched it after the episode ended. That was pretty awesome. Though I was surprised and I was a bit skeptical about whether or not he really died. I'm also glad Akiyuki left the commander when he started to ask questions. I was afraid he was going to be naive and actually answer them. Good episode overall. |

| The impact of Furuichi was multiplied by the circumstances under which I watched it. I was rambling about the show over IM to my friend, and I had just said, "Oh, and Furuichi's a c**t, but you'll find that out soon enough." Not three seconds later, Furuichi popped his own head and I immediately added, "WHOA, that was good timing. Furuichi is no longer a c**t. Holy Christ that was awesome." Thereby thoroughly confusing my friend, who of course, I couldn't explain to lest I spoil the plot twist for him. Anyway... Not terribly impressed with Akiyuki's amnesia, but who knows, maybe they'll do something original with it. VERY impressed by the Furuichi suicide. Bravo and encore for the angst-drama. And Haru is increasingly becoming a favorite character of mine. |

| Furuichi is one of those characters that go out with a bang. His last speech at the shop made it even more intense. I think his death was probably one of the most dramatic out of all deaths that I have seen in Anime (aside from a certain someone from TTGL and another certain someone from Cowboy Bebop)... |

| Probably the best episode so far in my opinion. I was kind of expecting Furuichi to die eventually but it was pretty sudden. I think a better (although, somewhat cliche) way for him to go would have been to sacrifice himself to save Akiyuki or Haru in an epic battle against the Far East Autonomy or something like that. |

| Akiyuki should have killed that asshole commander. That guy is total scum. Whoa when Furuichi seemed to be normal .... he killed himself? Haru is stuck there. Nakiyami on her own, and Akiyuki captured. That was crazy stuff. |

| I'm annoyed at Haru. Too late? She could have chosen not to be inducted in the military after she found out Akiyuki was alive. I shipped Akiyuki with her back then but at this point I seriously hope Akiyuki ends up with Nakiami and Haru ends up alone. Furuichi is dead. Ha. What is up with this amnesia stuff? FFS when a show pulls the amnesia card it's either the writer doesn't know what to do with the story anymore or it's just to pull some contrived drama. |

| Meh..I don't think Furuichi ever thought as Aki as his best friend, which is why the scene gets cut off with the arrival of the soldiers. Even when they were together he was jealous of him as seen in the flashback. Glad that he is now gone. He was as garbage friend and pathetic character. I feel no sympathy. Moving along, now Aki gets separated further from Haru and Nakiami and even forgot his memories..holy shit |

| Did Furuichi just kill himself? I didn't see that coming. Looks like Akiyuki has forgotten himself and stuck as Xam'd. Those guys that rescued Akiyuki seem more surprised that he can't talk than at his appearance. |
