| Why do I have the feeling that those four characters on the ending will be the ones surviving at the end of this series? I guess people get dumb when they are starving to death and even more dumb are the UN for having the unfair treatment. Taking out and killing the military, eishi pilots and destroying the TSF, those dumbasses will regret that if BETA suddenly came out of nowhere and attack them. The RLF can fight they're fellow humans, but can't do shit against BETA. those dumb RLF don't know how PTSD inducing those monstrosities are, they're much, much more vicious and ferocious than humans. They're population are already so small, and yet internal conflict breaks out. The UN are also to blame, if they have their heads, they can recruit those refugees to become eishi pilots so they can be of use. Waiting for the next episode is frustrating. I'll just wait for the series to complete and watch the last four episodes in one shot. |

| One statement to say it all I mean , first of all , the Argos Test Flight briefing for the match against Infinities. Then Cui came inside the room and was like "We can have a match with you how to see the battle against Infinities" but under one condition , Cui has to go out on a date with Yuuya for the whole day.OMG Then Yui was like walking alone all dere dere...so cute , then Cryska mysteriously from nowhere asked Yui about Yuuya's whereabouts. | This should've happened somewhere in the middle of the season, right after the whole gun stealing fiasco. Then the ending should've been about joining together and wiping the rest of the Beta. But instead we get the human struggle at the end, leaving the Beta fight 'To Be Continued...'. Ah well. At least what they did means all the money they saved from crappy animation can be pooled into these last 4 episodes. They should've just made this a 12 episode run and do all the fan service for OVAs; it could've easily been an 8/10 anime. |

| Can somebody say for sure what number episode this is Iv heard it both ways. Well I'll just comment here for now. New op is good but the first one was easily just as good. Darkest episode in a while. The rebels or whatever they call themselves are stupid because if they kill all the pilots who the hell is going to defend them. Though you could see where they are coming from they are going about it the wrong way. Next episode is going to be action packed, hopefully Yuuya get in on the action. |

| Alright Total Eclipse, you got me. You started out as a Mech vs Alien show, then you turned into a harem show featuring mechs, and finally you have shifted into a show with a "social message." I get it. Its cool. I have enjoyed you throughout the run. However, let me speak these words of warning. If you don't tell me who Yuuya definatively ends up with and/or kill off a love interest... I will punch somebody. It may not even be someone associated with the show. It may just be a random janitor going about his janitorial duties. But I will hit him, and I will film it, and I will upload it to Youtube. |

Seeing nothing but war and despair gets boring for a while, I like how they mixed it up, made you think nothing was gonna happen, and now we're at the point we don't even know if all 3 main characters will live. |

Well she was one of the favorable supporting characters , she had a tough past , now shes rebuilding it as being a bartender.Then took the turn that she would team up with the terrorist and try to avenge her past since that she thinks the UN is to be blamed that they only supplied the aid to only the soldiers and staffs and not the Eurasia refugees. |

| First off, from a plot/narrative standpoint, this is terrible. I was aware and bracing, but it still took quite the incompetence in writing (for any medium) to not at least have some foreshadowing about the existance of the group beforehand. Anyone pissed by it suddenly taking over an entire military base the same episode its existence is disclosed to the viewer is fully justified. I won't complain about the existence of the group because, frankly, given what I know of human nature, I can totally see it. Besides, it's not altogether different from the SRW: OG games/series. Too many people just can't give up their hate. That complete C-F aside, it was a fairly interesting episode, and the graphic level of violence coming out of nowhere was not altogether a bad thing. I just wish there was more backstory aside. |

| Someone explain to me why they changed the OP/ED with only 4 episodes left. Natalie got pwned; I actually lol'd when she got shot because she's a moron for thinking that everyone going to cooperate. Also with 4 episodes left? I highly doubt they can end the series, will there be a season 2? |

Here you are talking about realism when you seem to believe that when an alien force threatens our world that we will all come together, forget racism, greed, personal interest, etc and everything will be super happy and awesome...are you serious? This is a world on the brink of destruction. There's not enough food to go around to play Samaritan anymore. So maybe that food would go to the military higher ups and soldiers instead of the starving masses. Maybe the starving masses might not be cool with this. Maybe someone might be thinking of what happens when the BETA are gone and planning a nice little takeover for the sake of "restoring world order" Honestly if you think everything will be roses once aliens attack then forgive me but you truly are an idiot. |

I acknowledge that there will inevitably be conflicts within the human race. I never said people will magically forget their differences and make love/peace. It's obviously not that simple. However, I am under the belief that when mankind is faced with an even bigger threat than themselves, they will prioritize fighting against the new threat, and at least temporarily cooperate. With the way things are going in the anime, it's like they have forgotten about the imminent presence of the BETA. That's my biggest gripe about the anime. The realism part I mentioned earlier has more to do with not showing the conflict between the biggest threat with mankind, rather than the humans fighting among themselves. Once again, I'm not saying it's unrealistic for rebels to exist or that there shouldn't be any kinds of conflict among humans. Perhaps I should have worded my previous statement better. |

Muv-Luv Unlimited (the prequel before Muv-Luv Alternative) spoiler, read at your own risk!) the "American plan" that the bartender girl going to talk about is PROBABLY going to include Even I may join the resistance group if I were told that (in their position) and I'm not a goddamnit Eishi that have some kind of power to change the world with "the obvious way", defeating the BETA... ...wait, even nobody in this series have any power to do that. Anyway, people should remember that : 1. This world is still under some kind of Cold War mentality where "world peace between countries" view haven't been established yet. 2. This world have been fighting for almost 30 years (world war lasted for less than ten years and see how many of humanity effected by that). There are many social factors that differ with our current world, and they differ among different countries (Eurasian countries suffers while American countries enjoy the "war benefits" that they got while fighting from the safe line, to call some examples) 3. The war with BETA won't be resolved at all in this series. To see real effort to resolve the problem with BETA, play the VN or pray for a more than decent studio to animate the original series. Anyway, if you complain about lack of foreshadowing about the rebel faction, it's a totally valid complain. But "this scenario is unrealistic" is not. You just assuming that this world's logic could be implemented easily to world in Muv-Luv, this isn't the story where some aliens suddenly attack the earth in 2012 where their logic is expected to be similar with our logic. And of course, being in a position where you can see the whole case in safe, objective PoV, most people will look stupid for you. |
