That was quite a satisfying end to the series.
Like everybody else, I would love it if it had gone a little longer or maybe something of a sidestory detailing their life after the main story.
But hope as I might, that wont happen. So looking forward for the next work of the author.
The Art of Shipping is no mere game. It can be small skirmishes to huge nation size wars.
Of course some will claim their ship is the BATTLESHIP but they all do. This is why battles occur because of factions fighting each other to justify their favourite ship.
And thus SHIP to SHIP combat occurs almost anytime even now.
Beware, Threading into the Shipping battlefield will be bloody.... What are you waiting for?

a truly good ending, in light of some of the other crappy endings i have seen

this author was awesome
"Forged in darkness with wheat harvested from Hell's half acre. Baked by Beelzabub; slathered with mayonnaise beaten from the evil eggs of dark chickens, force-fed to dogs by the hands of a one-eyed madman. Cheese boiled from the rancid utters of fanged cows. Layered with 666 separate meats from an animal which has maggots for blood."

And so it ends. To be fair, I don't see what more could be done with the story without stuff repeating itself, so it's a good time to finish it. It was an enjoyable series - not a masterpiece, but a good read. Hopefully the author will create something new in the near future.

Ahh, I'm so glad they ended with a kiss.

Like everyone else, I wish that there was some epilogue showing the characters after some time, but still a solid manga nonetheless.

I knew it. A kiss! Didn't really like Kyouko much but that answered my question "will they finally..."

Funny series overall with an interactive premise. 7/10. I had a lot more fun reading this than I had expected.

Alright, overall, I give this manga a 10/10 period!
Because it's just fun to read a couple of friends hanging out together, having fun together, getting all sad together, it all makes me smile and laughing.
Although I have to say, the ending could've become even more greater than this, maybe giving the final panel more special than just showing a blank sky with a couple of dialog, I mean, this is the last chaper after all, so there should be a proper send off for it rather than this one.
Anyway, it's a cool manga, I love seeing kyouko's character development from hating jiro to loving him that much, I'm just hoping some anime studio consider to make an anime version of it, because if they do, I really want to watch it, or at least for Mr. Author, I hope he/she would at least give us a bonus chapter that tells us the after main plot story, because that would be great for at least giving us a clear picture of what would happen after the main plot. Just a quick one would be enough. :)
Anyway, I'm enjoying this manga, so much!. :)

Ah, that was a fun ride.
A bit sad to see it end...still didn't get to see Midoritani confess to Yuki.
That last few chapter was so dark, but then it's just a prank...damn his family sure is OP.
Favorite character from this series will have to go to Eiko~sama. I like the way the author draws her in those funny chibi form and damn she is OP.
8/10
