| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ----------------------------------------  What a nice little introduction. That and the little story from the beginning was interesting to listen to. Nagi goes shopping with Hayate as well and LOL, is that a The World That God Only Knows reference?? I swear though..Ruri is so clueless at times. Nice save though, Ruri and Nagi getting along pretty well and I like what I'm seeing there. |

| Ah yes, this is much more like it! Hata's original comedy segments for this anime might have failed pretty bad but at least when the main story is concerned this actually is something that has me very interested. The way Nagi's parents meet was hilarious, a confession at gunpoint cracked me up. The Black Camellia was shown as a watch? But I'm damn sure it was a sword. A-tan said so. I was worried for a while there, I thought the apartment would burn down...gave me a scare. Anyways I genuinely enjoyed this episode and I hope Hata can keep the plot going, we are already halfway through the show so its about time it picks up PS: SUGOI TWGOK REFERENCE MANGLOBE! HOW ABOUT YOU STOP TEASING ME AND JUST MAKE SEASON 3 ALREADY? |

| Did I really just see Kami Nomi in HnG? LOL. Nice reference The episode is finally an original one... It wasn't that bad. Funny how Yukariko blackmailed Shin into marrying her. I actually think Tsugumi becoming a manga character wouldn't be that bad. The black camellia is a broken pocket watch? What?! I don't get this... Hope it explains later on. |
| Why are you even surprised? Previous seasons had many more references in a minute than this season had so far. A cover of some game is not an impressive reference for a Hayate episode. Anyway, this anime original story is shite. What have they done to my Hayate anime? I remember laughing my ass off watching the first season and the second season... this season is all over the place and it won't be saved by inventing a secret treasure and some background info on Nagi's parents. I'm really missing an awesome KOTOKO Opening, too. This series used to be good. |

| Good ep :D Plot is finally building up and art looks consistent. Anyone else felt so happy and had high hopes since Manglobe is advertising TWGOK here? :D And we don't know... maybe the reason they picked up Hayate and can't make a good quality art and design is to save up for a 3rd season 24-eps TWGOK? |
| It's nice to see the story finally getting interesting... This season of the anime may turn out to be better than the others in that regard. I know Hayate no Gotoku is a comedy first and foremost, but the series has a unique, interesting story, and I feel like the anime (and even the manga at times) neglected it a lot. |
| lol @ the beginning story for Hayate's imitation on the teacher. Wow, Nagi's mother's so pretty in Nagi's dream, and evil. That's why Nagi's evil!! Kami nomi!! So it was for one of Sanzenin items, which it was stolen. |

| It seems like this will be the story which this season will be about. I'm pretty sure that Hayate's father is the guy that stole the stuff, is Nagi's mother and what not. I'm looking forward to more, but that reference to TWGOK was out of place imo and way to obvious. |

| Well, this ep confirmed what I knew from the beginning - all this fan-theories about Ruka being dead are bullsh*t. Hopefully they'll stop coming back now. You know, it's weird how being a fan works. I can see this anime is a lot worse than anything Hayate that came before, but I can't not like it, I can't bash it like a lot of people here. Which is weird, because there are many instances when I get pissed off at people ruining a franchise precious for me (the Pokemon anime from beginning to neverend, garh!) - but it's not the case for Hayate. I don't know, maybe I just trust Hata so much (for a good reason) that I automatically enjoy this anime just knowing he was involved in its creation. And it probably helps that I'm one of those art-means-the-least kind of guy. Usually. |

| This is really the best episode so far in this anime .The art finally improved . Anyways , I can really see this season of Hayate the future of the story in the manga .(not just some original story board as Hata said .) And finally , the plot thickens .cant wait . I hope they dont mess this up anymore . |

| A great part of backstory on the father from Nagi! And yea thought already that family treasure was stolen by him and was currently kept in America, so I wonder when they'll go get it! Either way good episode the truth is finally out what was on her agenda so yea lets see what's next! |
