| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Great opening. I like L Gaim's design and mechanic. It looked cool. I liked how vulnerable it was. Hope they exploit it's weaknesses in the show. Also lol, Daba sleeps in his underwear in the middle of nowhere. Isn't that dangerous? Haha. |

| Pretty interesting first episode, from his actions here I'm guessing Daba's a pacifist, I wonder how that's gonna be handled considering this is a Tomino series. |

| Pretty weak start. But the L-Gaim and 80s style (op/end, drawings, synth/music) made the episode okay. What worries me is the heros' obvious lack of goal. I hope this won't be an aimless Tomino wandering for 30-40eps. 3/5 A Ferrario from Byston Well? Big problem: It's Tomino's dialogue at its peak and the subtitles were neither synchronized nor well written or translated, delivering a rather unpleasant experience. @CodeBlazeFate Beware. |
