| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The long-awaited new OP is finally here! Glad they used the first verse of the song & the animation looks great compared to the first OP. Oh, a lot of characters is shown in the new OP too =3 Anyways, back to the epi. Poor Crona, just when you started to think that she can finally have a normal life, Medusa shows up & made her betray her new found family. Medusa keeping an ear out on Stein is something to look forward to. On the side note, I lol'd in the part where Shinigami-sama made Spirit repeat what he was saying to Justin. Spirit mimicking Shinigami-sama in the end is so funny. Oh btw, a bit of bad news. Next epi is a filler & guess who's starting it... |

| Yay! A new OP! Finally. -.- Animation looks great, and the song is good as well. Best part of the OP though is that it seems that Stein goes insane. :D And indeed, poor Chrona. T_T This episode was a bit more serious than some of the other ones. Next episode looks to be a blast... EXCALIBUR! EXCALIBUR! |

| I was actually disappointed by the new OP (it's good, but the something rocky might have better suited) Generally a good episode, lots of plot XD OMG! Soul plays the piano (bishounen point+) Excalibur next episode, not sure what to think of it...as long as the VA didn't change to that women voice I'm cool |

| Moedusa~~! I've never really liked Crona anyway, so this episode doesn't phase me too much. And how did you not know Crona was a girl? They said like 50 times she's Medusa's daughter. I don't get the new OP hate, it's a great change of pace, but oh well. And bring on Excalibur, how can you NOT love him? |

| Poor Crona just can't seem to catch a break. I kept re-listening to the opening wondering "where have I heard this song before?" Then, it hit me! It was the song from the fight between BLACK*STAR and Mifune in ep. 28. |

| good episode, poor crona. Anime did a couple parts really well that kinda didn't work as well in the manga - Crona's good memories, and Spirit impersonating Shinigami. Some things just don't work as well on paper. I'll probably watch the next ep, but I won't be in any hurry. Excaliburrrrzzzzzzzzzzz... |

| an ok OP. i prefer the Diggy Mo's ED (instantly liked it). Am I the only one but it seems the episodes are lagging, before they culminate into some 'amazing' fight. Anyway, good moments in this episode. |
| Yay, a great episode~ The new opening was good since it presented a much darker side of Soul Eater - yet at the same time, I did miss the old one. Nonetheless, the ending song is growning on me more and more! xD Anyways, back to the episode~ I felt so bad for Chrona throughout the entire episode! It was sweet to see her trying to fit in with everyone. Not to mention how they all care for her so much! But nah, Medusa has to show up. And the way she was introduced was pretty freaky~ Eh, Medusa's such a clever witch! Poor Marie and Chrona and I wonder how this is going to affect Stein. Usually I would say I can't wait for the next episode. But Excalibur? Uh, I hate that guy! >=( |

| I can't find this new op interesting, simply I think that this one is much worse than the first, but more important I believe that Crona wouldn't betray her new friends (I know that I'm sentimental or naive, because love and frendship and so on always win, but...) so I can't wait to next ep |
