So many mobile suits! It's an ambush! Heero and Duo surely can't get along well with each other. Haha. So Oz is starting a revolution, eh? Oh no, Since Heero killed the Alliance, they will be now the target of everyone. Treize planned it right and accurate, he put the Oz's emblem on the aircraft so the Alliance not them will be killed.

When you want to kill someone, you drop him off a plane AND THEN shoot him in the head.

Trieze plan went.....just as planned.

lol that guy was going to die either way so throwing him off the plane and shooting him through the head is a bit of an overkill...

OH MY GOD, SUCH A PLOT TWIST! Best episode so far, I couldn't think things would turn out like that. Heero and the other pilots just helped OZ to start a war! I want to see where this will lead.

amazing episode! definitely one of the best!

it seems OZ is smarter than your average bad guy! damn bastard Treize!

i knew when he put all of the pacifist ministers on the OZ ship, the Gundam people will try to eliminate it since they know OZ's true identity.

though how the hell were they able to convert alot of traitors within the alliance fleet?

i also find it funny when the Marshal Noventa mentions to trend carefully before pulling the trigger, yet Heero just went and killed them without hesitation.

seems the Gundams are confused as hell on what just happened. was the order been hacked or they got the wrong information? then again Treize managed to outsmart the system so i'm not surprised this happened. Wufei seems to know what happened, but it's already too late.

seems Relena is in such a shock as well!

and wtf how did Lady Une managed to shot Septum when he fell out of the craft in point blank head shot? ever heard of wind altitude?? :P

Heero Yuy seems to blame himself now :\

should have waited the confirmation!!

love this show! i'm slowly getting the story now ^^

can't wait for the next episode!!!

Yeah seriously :/ Sucks especially for Heero because he feels guilty now. Then again, it's probably just me, but I'm still not understanding some things like how come the 5 kids don't know each other/weren't told about the other 4's identities, as well as these missions they keep getting. I mean wtf, because they didn't know each other, they were about to fight each other which would be very stupid since they're on the same side...shouldn't the missions say something about how they would be working with others? Or maybe this is just bothering me too much and I should just keep watching.

I know right, it should be the other way around. Not sure if they wanted to go for dramatic effect or something, but it made me laugh at how stupid that was.

It's a trap! That was actually a cool plan by Trieze.

You drop the General from the plane and then shoot him? I couldn't help but laugh. Overkill?!?!?!

I love Heero's smug-ass smile like "Mission Complete" while I'm just thinking: "Yeah, nice job ya goof, now you got 40 more episodes of Treize's coup and machinations to deal with lol."

While Treize did setup the peace-seeking alliance members, the Gundam pilots are a little too impulsive with blowing everything up. It didn't seem like the alliance forces were doing a good job conveying they wanted a ceasefire however, so it's not any fault of the show, more the naivety of both sides which I think works to Wing's benefit with the Gundam pilots being independent with vague missions at first and the political leaders being unable to relay the message efficiently enough; meanwhile 00 threw in the cheap Trinity characters and made the politicians inhuman monsters to get the drama to work in its favor.

Not a bad episode, but now that I'm older & wiser and intend to see Wing through to the end this time after putting it on hold years ago. The writing has some cheesy spots and the characters are mostly kind of unlikeable right now, but I think I remember them becoming more impressionable later.

With the mention of 00, I sure do hope these guys come into their own more because 00's characters were all pretty two-dimensional, and having seen 00 before this revisit, 00 seems to have shamelessly taken a lot of plot points but just put a big anthropological framework on it (Celestial Being as a force to neutralize war regardless of race, religion, country, etc). Wonder where Wing will go from here though.

Attack OZ on an Alliance base? They're playing themselves.
OZ takes over every Alliance base? I can't imagine the manpower needed for that.

So close to peace and they mess it up.

Almost died at that part:

All I could do was laugh at the fact that this dumb kid had no idea about the fucking mess he got himself and the world into. Well played, Treize. Well played.

I'm still not over the fact that the Gundam pilots never had any contact prior to meeting on Earth, though. Who the fuck conceived Operation Meteor and thought this would be a good idea?

Une kicking that guy out of the airplane and shooting him in the head was so hilariously, gloriously over the top.
It makes absolutely no sense, like most everything else in this show; how are they going to explain this guy's death after his public statement, besides the fact he actually agreed with their plans! Yet I enjoyed it immensely.

Well what do they expect when they blindly follow anonymous orders from their computer with no kind of investigation of their own. What could possibly go wrong?

Somehow, the story starts to make sense to me.
More importantly, the villains look really promising, so further episodes might be worth watching.

Une might become one of my favourites if she stays as cool as in this episode.
