| I love the main characters, which is rare for my and shojou mangas. Who are not dumb and actually realize their feelings for each other and dont annoy the life out of me. Also, I like how they actually started a relationship halfway through the manga and not just at the very end for a few pages. Please don't recommend Bokura ga Ita. I have never been more annoyed with two main characters more in my entire life lol (sorry if I offended anyone, just my personal opinion) I hated the long running never-ending drama. What I really like about Tonari no Kaibutsu-Kun is that even where there is drama, they don't drag it out for so long, the characters are still lovable, and there is still comedy involved. I know I'm really picky, but thanks! =D |

| Kimi ni Todoke? My favorite shoujo probably. Definitely a unique male MC that is aware of his feelings. They also start going out in the middle of the series (I think at the end of season 1). What can I say, I loved it and the manga is really popular too. |
