| Man, I must say after watching the last three episodes, this series has a lot of great things going for it. 1. Excellent, likable characters. I have yet to see a character that I just didn't like or didn't fit. Before someone says, what about Subaru or Misaki, keep in mind I mean likable in terms of how they fit in the story. I thought Subaru rubbed off as a prick in the first episode but after seeing him the last two, he's actually quite hilarious. As for Misaki, it is obvious that she has connections to the Committee and it has some sort of influence on her. Seeing the subtle things surrounding her character is making things interesting. 2. A nice diversity of drama and comedy. So far, it's mostly comedy. However, anyone can see from a mile away that there is drama to be had in this anime. Kai and Akiho's diseases, Misaki's involvement with the Committee, the disbandment (all 2 seconds of it) of the Robotics Club. As this show is progressing, I'm seeing some of the same elements as Steins;Gate, but you can tell R;N is it's own animal. 3. Smart as all hell writing. The directing and writing in this anime is just great. Kazuya Nomura knows what the hell he is doing. I love the intricate twists that are involving just about everyone in the main cast. More importantly, the more I'm seeing out of this anime, the more I want to know about what is going on. More and more plot elements are being added and it's making this anime a fun ride so far. |
| So there is something up with Kai as well. Cool, I have something to look forward to besides the big robot getting finished. Blackmail from the Kill Ballad only Kai? Wouldn't believe it if I didn't see it. |

| I'm loving the relationship between Kai and Kai. Hope it gets romantic (as it'd probably predictably would). Robot fight was pretty awesome, although I wish they spent even more of the episode on it! The slow pace of real life robot fighting was kind of funny too. |
| This show is making me so happy. The soundtrack and visuals are amazing, and I love all of the characters. It's been a while since I've seen something this enjoyable, and I cannot wait for more. |

| This was a nice episode! I can see that more elements of the plot are now beginning to come together and I'm still hoping that there will be some crazy twist at some point. Those robot fights were pretty badass and I'll admit I thought they would be like crap just before I watched it. I'm liking R;N's comedic balance as well in which i've noticed in the last few episodes; overall, I'm liking where this is going so far. |

| Haha, that Mister Pleiades known to be Subaru. That robot battle was nice and I liked that slow motion dodge and comeback. The robot battle reminds me of "Battlebots" except with robots that stand up. And a new addition to the club. Episode good overall as it uprise from the last two episodes. |

| I didn't expect this episode to be so awesome! The first 2 were pretty chill, but this one just rocked my socks! The robot competition was really cool and entertaining to see, and they even found a new member out of the whole thing. Subaru's a pretty funny guy actually! I wonder what's up with Kai though. He seems to have some sort of disease where things slow down for him and stuff. I feel like there's a lot more to this show than meets the eye. Like who's that new chick? And what's the deal with Aki's sister? And who was that girl from the end of the first episode?! Things are progressing nicely though, at a slow and steady pace. |

| im usually not a real mecha fan, code geass etc. being exceptions of course but im glad i started watching this anime, i like akiho and kaito, hopefully theres gonna be some romance later on really enjoying it so far so theres gonna be 22 episodes, manga still publishing.. hmn hopefully it won't just be those 22 episodes, and then its over : / already hoping for more episodes // season 2, otherwhise i guess i'll have to read the manga after the series, to find out how it ends °,° edit: did they make any announcements on how much of the manga they intend/would like to broadcast as an anime? i know.. it's all about success, and if people don't like it, that's bad luck for us but any statements been made? |
