kinda underrated.

The story isn't all that spectacular, but the execution is well above average. A 7 is justified in my book, but I agree that the author has a lot of potential.
The characters were also rather flat.

7 is Good. I would recommend it to many people. Anything above that requires the work to go above and beyond. Scoring this 8, 9 or 10 devalues the masterpieces.

7 is almost the suitable overall score enjoys-measurement.

It has good concept , but the art is a far cry from 'great'.

It is not a masterpiece but there is a lot shittier mangas with a higher score here. I would score 7, but for the site standards I thought it was underestimated. The guy has competence for the genre.
