| The Arlong arc is where the series really picks up, in my opinion. And it just keeps getting better. I'm glad you (and me as well hehe) decided to see it through. |

| Well thats great news. IMO people need to see the Arlong arc before they decide weither or not they will continue the show. If you still dont like it after that you probably aren't going to. |

| Krelian is already a fan :D. The problem now, is that Chelle-Furuba-Fan :) is still not convinced after watching those fillers after Arlong arc. I already told her that One Piece is non-stop after they enter Grand Line and that she won't notice fillers 'coz their overall good (except for that hidious Coby-Helmeppo side story). So don't drop it again Chelle... or we all gonna be knocking at your door :P |

| I mostly read that people are annoyed of the filler episodes in One Piece. I can't agree with them. Yes, fillers can be veeeery exhausting and also boring. But One Piece is one of the few anime that use fillers the way they should be used. Background story of characters and even story-unrelated episodes are made up very intense and funny - you can not possible get bored! That's my opinion. I didn't watch any other anime which was able to do so. |

I'm gonna keep watching... Buggy annoys the shit out of me, which is maybe why I was so anxious to drop it again... But somebody please please tell me that I won't have to deal with Buggy anymore =/ And... I'm sorry Kayrhandros... but Usopp is still annoying =P |
| LOL... don't worry you wont see Buggy anymore :P... and soon the real fun will start... once they enter the Grand Line. (And Usopp is not annoying, gawd damnit! :P) I agree with you 2more. Overall One Piece's fillers are good, there's actually some pretty awesome filler arcs (G8 anyone?). But still there's some, mostly before they entered the Grand Line which are pretty bad. Those filler arcs after arlong weren't that good. And Coby-Helmeppo's side story is a very good example of a hidious filler. (and if I recall right that's actually after they enter the Grand Line - Chelle! jump this eps... trust me!! ^^) |

Anyways, I don't like One Piece that much. There are alot of annoying and stupid looking characters. *cough*Mr. 2*cough* Luffy annoys me too because hes such an idiot. He's only cool when he's fighting seriously. I just keep watching(once in awhile) because I looooooooove Sanji. Other characters I like(not love, like Sanji<3 ) are Smoker, Tashigi, Kohza, Ace, Shanks, Robin, & Zoro. I liked the Loguetown Arc but my fave arc is the Arlong arc. I liked Nojiko, even more than Nami. Too me it doesn't get better after that. I mean sheesh, why does this seris have to be so long? I'm pretty much dropping all insanely long seris, not just One Piece, except for one. |

This arc made me cry... SEVERAL times... T_T And Chopper just stole my <3<3<3. | Aaaahhhh... well... 4 days into my vacation (only one day left T_T)... but I'm happy to say... I made it ALL THE WAY through the Alabasta arc... in 4 days... 38 episodes of One Piece... in 4 days... O_o (and bunches of other anime I'll discuss elsewhere). But... what can I say... the Alabasta arc was AWESOME!!! I am so frikkin' glad I picked this series back up!!! I cried like a girl... oh wait... I am... well... nevermind... at the end of the arc... when the crew said their "silent goodbye" to Vivi... T_T So... from here... onto Goat Island and Rainbow Mist arcs (according to Wikipedia)... so... onward we go... |

Gonna disagree with nihil and say the best part of Arabasta arc was the silent goodbye :) . Just a bit to go till the Skypea Arc Chelle. Anyway, I decided I couldn't wait forever for K-F subs so I downloaded OP until ep 300, and I'll get the rest later. I'm close to finishing Water 7 arc now. It had it's awesome bits... But so far it's not as good as Arabasta or Skypea, IMO. And probably won't be in the end (again IMO). But I'm expecting that Enies Lobby turns out to be the best arc so far. |

A lot of One Piece fans believe One Piece is the greatest and that everyone should be a fan and if not, or if you like another seris better, then you fail. Also, when someone says they don't like it, it's always either "You must have seen the dub" or "You need to see more episodes." Thats not true, as I know some who have seen the original sub and don't like it. So far I haven't seen such ignorant Op fans here like I did over there. Anyways, everyone has different tastes and opinions. For example, I still don't understand whats so great about Lucky Star. I love my FMA and Monster, and if someone says bad things about them, I do get upset, but I'm not gonna say they are wrong or try to force them to give it another chance. Unlike Lucky Star and a few others, I might give One Piece another chance when the new dub or unedited dvds comes out, but theres other anime that are a priority. When I first watch OP, it didn't hooked me at all and in fact, I thought it was pretty silly. Especially with how Luffy is such an idiot. I didn't bother to keep up with it. One day, I was bored and flicking through the channels, and I came across OP again. I thought I would just watch it to kill time and it was at the Arlong Park Arc. Ever since watching that, I gained new respect for OP. It wasn't all about some idiot rubberboy; there is a greater depth to the story and the characters invovled. The animation is different too; I wouldn't consider the art as 'beautiful' or even 'nice' but the storyline & characters have probably blinded me from all the flaws of OP. ^.^ |

| That is the thing with most people and OP; you just have to give it a chance, albeit around 40 episodes or so, but I will definitely say that anyone who can watch past the Arlong Park Arc will be sold on it. Enies Lobby Arc and Alabasta are comparable imo, both are really emotional and some of the fights in the EL Arc are fucking awesome and hilarious at the same time. You'll love it :) |

| One Piece fillers are usually pretty bearable, if not pretty good (compared to other fillers from other anime shows). They are definitely almost always hilarious. |

| yeah, a few more days till a new arc! woohoo~ I don't read the manga unless to spoil myself xD and yeah, I've already spoilt myself about Brook >.< but I shall abstinate myself once again to fully enjoy the anime. I've always felt that reading the manga before watching the anime robs me the pleasure of surprise. My brother also became a fan of One Piece after he started watching it with me on TV. It's contagious. hahah. I don't hate Usopp but I don't like him either. I guess I'm pretty neutral abt it. |

I was wondering what the name of the track that plays throughout the series (I've seen so far) is called. If people have the episodes downloaded for reference then the closest one I remembered (although it plays frequently) is episode 37 - 23 minutes and 20 seconds in. It would be a great help since I've had the tune running through my head for a while now. |

If you mean the music while they walk up to Arlong park then its "Oitsumerareta", and its on the "One Piece Music & Song Collection II" Oh and about Usopp. How cant you don't like him. I mean, he is the most creative of all the strawhats. Just look at all of his inventions |
