1.) She is extremely sadistic. To the point of antisocial psychopathy.

2.) Her exterior facade is that of a nice, well-mannered girl... which she uses to control the emotional response of others towards her.

3.) The moment she is not in control of herself or her surroundings (the scene where she realizes she is being sadistic, and hesitates killing those zombie children), she later has a nervous breakdown of sorts.

She's so fucked up..... but sexy.
