| Kadena Nao appeared in Shonan Junai Gumi. It was worth watching Shonan Junai Gumi before starting GTO. I wonder what changes they will make to her character in GTO and how things will turn out between her and Onizuka. I feel people who did not watch Shonan Junai Gumi before starting out GTO are missing out a little. |

Thing I find odd is how Onizuka seems to completely forgotten about her. |

| Nao was a former street racer interesting. Is it just me or was the anatomy off when Fuyutsuki and Nao were talking. Nao's shoulders looks a bit too broad like a mans and Fuyutsuki's neck was huge. xD |

| I'm starting to dislike this show. Okay, Onizuka helps his students somehow but it doesn't justify everything. The show does not have a moral basis, showing everything as normal. It'd be a much better show if those kinda outcast students were much more seriously dealt with in a deeper way rather than focusing too much on Onizuka's perverted attempts. |

| It's ironic that those gyarus were condemning the nurse for wearing make-up. It seems they remade butchered Nao character in GTO. Ryuuji remembers her differently here (as a famous racer), which is kind of boring, Nao is more cynical here, and I don't like how she collects money here versus the prequel OVA. |

| Black Stars? Why the hell they have... those in their face and whole body? After looking up 'ganguro' it seems to be a product of the 90's wackiness... This Nao Kadena seems to have the same story arc as the one from Shonan Junai Gumi! If the studio was going to animate the same story arc from a prequel the least they could've done is making Ryuji and Onizuka remember her. But this seems to be a readaptation all around. Kind of feels like a waste of time since I already watched the OVA. Kadena is right about one thing though. Teaching is like a business. At least in my country. Building schools are a great way to make profits. Most teachers and higherups don't give a damn about the students and we have school campuses built in shitty environments. In short they're nothing like Japanese or even American schools and more like rented apartments. It's horrible. |

| Wow, Nao Kadena acts all in your face. Not really a fan of the entire illegal car street race concept, and the other episode i remembered involving her is already the exact next one. But i don't dislike her, honestly, and it was somehow amusing to see her gaslighting a sort of rivalry with Fuyutsuki (and yeah, those ganguro girls were way too extreme and good for them that they changed) |
