| Rin looked sad for a moment but perked up once again. "I just hope that he is happy. " Rin smiled. She got up and sat down on the ledge of the fountain. |
| "Last I saw he was with that other girl. They could just be on a date or something." Masaru said calmly. |

| Rin looked up at him. "Ok. I hope he's happy though." Rin said. She got up again anf hugged Masaru's leg. |
| Masaru sighed and picked her up before sitting on the edge of the fountain. "You worry way to much about others. You're the one who was shot." |

| Rin looked down. "I'm still okay. I heal faster than normal people. And from what I have seen it takes a lot more to kill a vampire than a shot to the arm." Rin said to Masaru. |
| "Against regular bullets. When dealing vampires and hunters they don't usually use regular bullets, they enhance them to deal more damage to vampires. We were lucky that fool didn't use enhanced bullets." Masaru said sighing. "We were also lucky that he was such a weakling that he had to rely on a regular gun." |

| "How do they emhance them?" Rin asked looking up at him. |
| "The hunters have their tricks." Masaru said. "You don't need to know much about it, just that you shouldn't allow yourself to get with it." He sighed and patted her head. |

| "Ok. I understand." Rin smiled. "Masaru-nii when is Valentines day? Shouldn't it be close?" Rin asked. |
| "Yeah, most of the day class are probably out buying chocolates and such." Masaru sighed, dreading the coming holiday. |

| "Is chocolate good? I only have it on Pocky. But does it taste different?" Rin asked. |
| "Chocolate is what coats pocky." Masaru pointed out. "If you like pocky, you should like chocolate." |
|
| "Yummy... I want chocolate more now. It sounds good." Rin said dreamily. |
| "You'll probably get some. The day class still thinks you're thirteen, they'll most likely send you some on valentines day." Masaru patting her head. |

| Rin got up and started jumping. "Yeah! I get chocolate!" She giggled still jumping. |
| "Just try not to go outside that day, and if you do be careful. The day class gets excited that day." Masaru said calmly. |

| Rin started giggling. "Your silly. I can't go out in the morning at all." She gigled some more and tapped his nose. |
| "The day class's excitement lasts much longer than the morning however." Masaru sighed. "And why can't you exactly?" |
|
| Rin snapped her head up with wide eyea. "You don't know?...." Rin asked. |
| "Even if you aren't technically enrolled as a student, you should be able to walk around freely as long as you don't get caught by any figures of authority. Unless you're referring to Kuran or that Level E in day class." Masaru said rubbing his forehead. "Or perhaps you already told me. If so, I'm sorry. I've just been worrying about other things lately." |

| "I haven't told you why I can't go outside when it's light out. But i'll tell you anyways. WhenIwas 4 and a half years old I ran into some Hunters... They did something to my skin.. I don't even know what they did... But now I can't got out in the sun without being burnt... It hurts so I can't go out.. " Rin smiled sadly at him. |
| "Have you told Blair? Maybe she could find some way to reverse it, make it so you could step into daylight." Masaru said rubbing her head. |

| "It's fine. I sleep during the day and come out at dawn. It's nothing to worry about." Rin reassured him., |
| Masaru hesitated, then hugged her. "I'm sorry." He said. |
|
| "It's not your fault. You can't blame everything that happens to me on yourself." Rin scolded him with a slight smile. |
| "I wasn't blaming myself... I'm just sorry." Masaru said sighing. |
|
| Rin stared at him for a while. Then she sighed. "Masaru-nii there was nothing you could have done. I'm over it. I can go out if my skins covered." Rin said smiling. |
| Masaru pat her head. "I know." He said calmly. "Just annoys me what humans do sometimes." |
|
| "Masaru-nii humans fear what they don't understand. It's just natural." Rin said yawning and rubbung her eyes. |
| "I understand it, however it's still annoying." Masaru sighed. "You getting tired?" |
|
| Rin nodded. " I don't wanna sleep though." She complained. |
| "Then stay awake, but if it gets to the point where you're dozing off, don't fight it." Masaru said calmly. |
|
| She nodded and climbed on his lap. |
| Masaru rubbed her head. "So where did you find the cat?" He asked. |
|
| "Oh Mr. Kitty was in the sun dorms. I met three new humans. They helped me escape when I smelt Zero. They proved themselves to me." Rin said coughing a little. |
| "I see. Are you cold?" Masaru asked calmly. "Hey, Zero." |
|
| Rin nodded and snuggled into his chest for more warmth. "Hey Zero." Rin said weakly. |
| "Just don't do it again." Masaru said as he took off his jacket and put it on Rin. "That should help." |
|
| "Thank you." Rin said pulling the jacket closer to her body. "Masaru-nii I don't feel well. My tummy hurts and i'm so cold." Rin said shivering. |
| "Maybe we should head back then." Masaru said carrying her towards the dorms. "Hopefully you didn't get sick." |

| "How can a vampire get sick though?" Rin asked. (posting under dorms now.) |
