| "I guess. They all had balcked out faces but U knew that they were vampires cuz of their smell. But why would they do that to another vampire? That's what I don't get..."Rin hufged frustrated. |
| "Maybe level Es trying to do the same thing Blair is. And since you're an aristocrat level, you're the closest thing they could get to a pureblood." Masaru suggested. |

| "It's still rude. I have better control of my bloodlust than an average level e.." Rin said crossing her arms. |
| "Yeah, but level Es don't have control at all." Masaru told her. "But it was just a dream. Close your eyes and go to sleep." |

| "Did you forget abiut my dreams... they always come to life! So there's no way you can make me go back.to sleep.." Rin said crossing her arms. |
| "Then, you'll have a chance to stop it since you've seen it coming. Besides, I'll be here. Nothing will happen to you." Masaru told her patting her head. |

| Rin sighed and laid her head down on his lap. She yawned and blinked her eyes a few times. "I guess." She said closing her eyes and yawning. |
| Masaru smiled and continued rubbing her head until she fell asleep, then he started reading his book again. |

| Rin woke up with a scream. She covered her ears and closed her eyes shut while rocking back and forth on the bed. |
| Masaru hugged her comfortingly. "Rin, what happened?" |
|
| "They-they-they killed me." She said wide eyed. |
| Masaru continued to hug her. "Calm down... It was just a nightmare." He told her. "And if it is a vision I'll make sure it doesn't happen." |

| "Imma gonna die!" She cried. |
| Masaru rubbed her head as he hugged her. "No your not." He said in a quiet and comforting voice. |

| She leaned into him and eventually fell back asleep. |
| Masaru kept holding her as she slept this time, rubbing her head softly and comfortingly. |

| Rin woke up and blinked the sleep out of her eyes. "I had a dream about the blonde men I told you when I first met. They took me away and I was put in care of an old blonde man. He seemed to have a lot of influence on the other vampires. I didn't know what hewanted." |
| "You don't have to speak about it if you're still shaken you know." Masaru told her. "I won't let them hurt you." |

| "Someone told me that f you talk about it, it makes you feel better." Rin said snuggling up against Masaru. |
| "Well, yeah that is true." Masaru said still holding her. "It's just usually people have to take a moment or two to become less shaken from the dream." |

| "Yeah people. But we're vampires. So I guess we recover faster than a regular human." Rin said putting her head on his chest. |
| "Physically, yes. Mentally, usually no." Masaru told her as he rubbed her head. "You okay?" |
|
| "I'm scared." She said not making eye contact. |
| "I know." Masaru told her. "Don't worry, I'll keep you safe." |
|
| She hid her face in his jacket and inhaled his scent. |
| Masaru continued to hold her and rub her head silently. |

| She woke up and stretched. |
