i see many people reading books in public,
and manga its like books i think (not comparing but yeah)
so i don't see a problem reading manga in public
BUT if it is eechi manga i rather not lol

I've read manga in the train, in the bus or while waiting for the bus, at school and library. I can't be bothered waiting till I'm home to read manga and I don't care if some stranger thinks I'm a nerd or whatever for reading a comic book.

Yes, I read manga in public. Out in a park on a nice day, in a public library, what have you. I also watch anime in public.

Yes, I read it on my ipad mini on the bus/train when I'm going to school/home.

I also read it in the class on my laptop, usually some of my class look at it and don't say anything about it, I usually read and talk with dem. But one time I was reading "Arachnid" ch. 30+ dunno exactly, those were some things that I tried to justify but it didn't really work that wel, at least they don't remember it now :D

I generally read it at home and not because I'm embarrassed. I normally read it on my laptop. If not, I buy it and because I care for my manga (probably to the point of ridiculousness) I hold the book a specific way which makes me look like an invalid, hence why I don't read it in public.

Since I don't own any physical copy of any manga, I read whenever I have internet on my phone. School's got wifi so that's a given that I read at school. Funny thing is that, I always read seinen or mature manga so it's quite sexually explicit and that's the reason my phone's brightness is on its lowest and I still try my best to hide it. Lol.

I often spend my time reading manga at home, it's always the best way. But recently i've started reading a lot of manga online at my work, and people do not really seem to care to much about it, except for my boss.
