| Ability: Freezing Important note: A Freezing can only be preformed by a Limiter once they have been Baptized by their Pandora (unless they have a stigmata body like Aoi Kazuya, and that is extremely rare). Baptism in the Freezing universe is preformed when a Pandora removes one or more of their stigmata and implants them into the Limiter's body which is usually done in the form of a "First Room Invitation". While the "First Room Invitation" usually implies that they had some sort of sexual encounter, this is not always the case and, in Freezing canon, most of the current West Genetics Pandora's "First Room Invitations" went wrong in some way, resulting them in not having a sexual encounter (lol). Okay so here are the formulas I came up with for dealing with Freezing. While under the effects of Freezing, both Pandora and Limiters suffer an 80% decrease to their mobility (they only operate at 20% efficiency) and suffer a 20% decrease to physical strength, offense, and defense. Endurance drains by 10% per post the Freezing is active. Intelligence and weapon skill remain unaffected. Freezing can last for a total amount of (well-written) posts based off of the Limiter's endurance stat divided by 150 rounded up or down to the nearest whole number. Freezing duration does not include the post that Freezing was activated. If the Limiter is hit with a solid hit or mentally destabilized while his Freezing is active, the Freezing will be cancelled. Mental destabilization includes making angry, making them loose concentration, distracting them, etc. A Limiter or Pandora can override another Limiter's Freezing based off of a check of (Intelligence + Physical Strength)/2 and whoever's is higher wins. A Limiter must use Freezing to override another Limiter's Freezing whereas a Pandora can simply just break free if she is strong enough. If another Limiter breaks free, the other Limiter is now under the effect of his Freezing and gets the stat decreases. For Limiters, Freezing override can be done from both outside a Freezing field as well as inside one. If both Limiters have the same ratio, then both Freezings will be cancelled out and it becomes a draw. I'm probably not going to go into how fast the Freezing field shoots out because that would make things much more complicated and would be hard to incorporate into the RP; but if it changes I will make an announcement. The cool-down for Limiters after using Freezing will be somewhere between 2-5 posts but it hasn't finalized yet. For now, it will be 3 posts for the sake of taking the middle ground.
