| Basically, a group of kids made a facebook acc with a fake girl picture and they started talking to him. After a while, they ask him to show her (the group of guys) his dick and he took the picture. So yeah, a bunch of assholes pranked him and now got his picture up to show everyone. The assholes showed their friend (this girl) the picture and she posted it online (Tumblr) and everyone's liking it and reblogging it for fun. Could the girl get arrested for doing that? They're all under 18 by the way, including the dick-boy. |

| A similar type of case has been prosecuted in the UK, actually - I'll try and find the case if I remember its name. Not under CP law, but to do with the deception involved behind procuring the picture. i.e. the picture is being shown to those who were not meant to be seeing it. Whether the girl/friends will get prosecuted is another story, though. |

| It's not the worst thing he can do, he's obviously been getting bullied before this, this isn't the "first stage" that some people do to bully someone. This has clearly gone on too far and needs to be dealt with. I absolutely say he reports it, to the police, to his school etc. People have to learn they can't do stuff like this and get away with it. |
