I shouldn't... but I do...

Though, I wish I had dropped some series halfway through... Death Note, I'm looking at you.
Let's go bowling.

No. The anime failed to reach my expectations, there's no reason to feel contrite about dropping a series.

Most of the time, no. But sometimes I do feel bad about it because then I realised how good it was. i.e I dropped Clannad (first season) because it was so boring and never got to the important part. I thought what was the point in this anime and dropped it. Then I forced myself to watch it all the way through and watched After Story and it turnd out to be one of the best things I've ever seen. I never dropped After Story, which shows how much better and interesting it was compared to the first Clannad but I did feel bad about dropping it because it was boring.
Another one is Fate/Stay Night. It was better than I thought.

I rarely drop anime, so when I do that means it probably really sucks, or doesn't appeal at all to my tastes

I just started dropping shit like crazy now. I feel so much better. Feels good to know that you don't have to waste like 10 hrs. watching something that's damn boring.

Nope, I've dropped 76 so far and still don't feel bad about it.

Sometimes I felt more guilty of finishing the shows rather than dropping it. Take School Days for example, if I dropped it at episode 4 or 5, my life would be easier but I forced myself to see it ends, and hated it.

No, if I drop it's because I couldn't tolerate it anymore. Girls Bravo being the example.

Nope! It feels liberating.

Dropped Beck last night and now I can move on with something else. That's how I do.

Some of the things you've dropped kinda make me feel bad for you too. You should feel bad. Yes you should.
The Internet is a very bad place, you should never go there.

I don't drop anime because I have to finish what I start. It may take me 10 years to watch a 24 episode anime but at least I can say that I completed it.

No not really it's the other way around I feel bad when I force myself to watch something I am not enjoying because I am anticipating something that isn't even guaranteed usually something romance oriented or thinking some character will die so it will be worth it.

I don't really get the concept of "dropping" a show. Stop watching, right? I stop watching lots of shows I like. There are just so many episodes.

I haven't dropped any yet but I wouldn't really feel bad. If I don't like it, then I don't. Simple.

Why would you feel bad about dropping a series? You obviously didn't like it enough to continue.

I feel a mix of relief and regret over having a weight lifted off of my shoulders, but also abandoning something without giving it much of a chance to develop.

No. And I'm not a type of person who always drop some shit but when I do, it's because I couldn't fucking enjoy it and I do yawn a lot at the front of my screen.

Yeah, sometimes if its just because of my particular tastes... something like not like shoujo sports or school setting. Recently had to drop Chihaya because it just happened to have these 3 things. People keep telling me how amazing it is, but I simply can't get into it. For the most part though anime I drop tend to be pretty shitty.

I don't feel that bad, however, I do think it sucks for the people who spent time developing the anime/manga.

I wish every anime can be appreciated on a large scale. But the fact is that a lot of anime can't be because of how terrible they are.
