Well...thank you for asking. That would have to be eatierh a bubble gum and peppermint sundae with marshmellow topping, or bubble gum and mint chocolate chip. (Notice both have bubble gum? lol)

The bubble gum and peppermint one was a neon blue and pink with a white topping.

The bubble gum and mint choc chip was neon blue an bright green with choclate fudge...and tasted just like coffee ice cream when mixed together....:)
