| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Watched the raw and I loved it... and that's without being able to understand half of what was being said! :P Please let the sub be out soon. OP and ED are both good songs, but I think I might just prefer the visuals for the ED.. chibi Sebastian ftw!!!! Actually I think Tanaka takes that crown XD The horror aspect was nicely done, especially the use of music, and tbh I really thought that guy had been roasted :S |

HELL NO. i loved it of course. and i too thought that the guy got roasted D: and i got that creepy feeling when Sebastian brought out the snacks right after that. i was like "Sebastian..... what's in those? >_____>" LOL but really it's amazing and Sebastian is so awesome!!! |

| And I thought I couldn't love Maaya Sakamoto and Daisuke Ono more. They were absolutely wonderful as Sebastian and Ciel. The atmosphere of the anime, the beautiful animation, the fitting soundtrack. I'm still mesmerized by the OP - not the song itself, although it is quite fitting and nice, but the animation is simply wonderful. This was amazingly done, although there were definite changes from its manga counterpart. Proof that original content is not always a bad thing, right? ^_~ Next episode is the coolest part from the beginning of the manga. Is it next week yet? |

| I need subs now! I'll catch up on everything else for the time being, but I'm just too excited for this! edit: Woot for subs! I loved this, it really met my expectations! The animation was very nice, the story was strong and the music was fantastic! I can't wait for more episodes! |

| loved it! :D This one might be fun! I was given the impression it would be a BL series when I first read a summary about it, so I was thinking of not watching it... Glad i did though! I love the ED song o_O i was surprised when the vocals started XD All the characters are adorable >0< The maid made (lol) me laugh. |

| The chibi ending is seriously cute! ^-^ The first episode was deliciously evil, muahahahaha. Im loving Sebastian, he is an interesting character. Im looking forward to watching the rest of the series. Shinsen-subs did a fantastic job with subbing. |

| That was quite boring and predictable as well. Doesn't look like a show I'll be enjoying this season. The ED is pretty nice though. |

| I'd have to agree with cyruz. It was in fact boring and predictable. I had very high expectations for this show since this is one that I have chosen as a comeback to anime watching. >.> I found the side characters to be amusing, but ok at best. The only interesting character is Sebastien, and the his young master. Although mainly because I can't stand the guy and am interested in knowing how this would pan out. I'd continue to watch this just because I don't like leaving things unfinished. (Not trying to quote the lead character) |

| I love it already. The action seems quite nice and Sebastian is indeed a lot like Arucard. One of the best animes to come out this season, definitely. |
| wow I didn't expect them to let him burn in the oven and that was about the best part of the show making me laugh quite a bit. Does look interesting but for average interest for me. Let's see what the next episode brings. |

| It was certainly intersesting. Never read the manga so I kinda watched it without knowing what is it about other than the those summaries which did not give any justitce to the anime. hmmm...reminds me a bit of count cain actually. must be due to the period it was set in and a competent butler! must not forget the slight creepy factor!! |

| This was pretty good for a first ep. I didn't read the manga so I don't know much about it, but it looks really interesting. I love the OP and ED songs. I'm already liking the anime~ Can't wait for more. |
| The voices seemed almost perfect for the roles. The dark undertone is a major point to the series. The next ep preview made Sebastian look a lot like Dr.Jackal from GetBackers :D |
