| and about that black wedding.... maybe i am a little bit too positive, and too easy to persuade... and maybe i just kind of like going with whatever the director aimed at, or just like to be simple but... maybe... MAYBE, the black wedding was just sort of like... idunno, a premonition of kagura taking mikono away? like he had said, his premonitions weren't really literal.... kagura takes away mikono with the power of a black wedding (love and death.... they mourn for shrade while mikono is being taken away by kagura?) i don't know. i like to symbolize... derp. |

| While Kagura was mixed up in the imagery of the black wedding, the real one would have been Mykage and Mikono which would have led to whatever twisted earth he intended to create (and I doubt Mikono would have survived the process). After the major troll regarding Amata's and Kagura's real original incarnation, the minor troll of EVOL=LOVE gave me a chuckle, particularly following the Kanji pun. All in all I enjoyed the ending--especially Zessica's survival and Kagura's encouragement (Amata's not worth your death). She and Kagura actually make a much better couple than either of them would with Amata or Mikono, so I wish them well. Lot's of love all around. 8/10 mostly because I'm still bitter about the dog troll, but I'll give chops for running that over two series five years apart and making it work. |

| LOL i didn't expect Evol to be a palindrome of Love, i was cracking up when i heard that, and also kugura's horrible pun.....XDDDDDDD overall ive enjoyed this series, its funny and interesting but i have to say i didn't like how they pulled stuff out of their asses and i dont like the ending couples, i mean come on zessica totally got screwed over, i would say she could go well with kagura but that would be waay too forced, i would have preferred mikonoxkagura and amataxzessica but other than that it was good to watch 8/10 on a side note im glad mix turned back into a girl even though i dont know how <_< but hey now andy can finally fill her holes XDD gosh that never gets old :D |

| IT'S FINALLY OVER. For me, the best part was Kagura and Zessica's exchange before giving Amata a hand: "Let's give them a hand, bitch!" "You got it, asshole!" LOL. They were made for each other. Anyway, overall this series was pretty damn entertaining. Cheesy, cliche, and rather stupid at times- but entertaining. I give it an 8 because it was also nice to look at and had a really nice soundtrack. The ending was painful to sit through, but i kinda expected it to end this way anyway. I'm just glad Mykage is FINALLY GONE. F- YEAH. PS. Mix got her Big Bangs back!! |

| this series never fail to amuse me.. really love many "LOL moment" in this episode.. but i like this series because of its stupidity.. lol.. love the ending. always cheers amataXmikono.. and this happy ending didn't disappoint me like other anime, *cough . . . GC (shuXinori.. *tears) just wondering, what happened to altair and its citizen.. its not shown in the ending.. give this ep 5/5 and series solid 8/10 |

| Shrade is still dead :(. Love apparently did not save him. I liked how they tied in last season with this one. Things felt normal but rushed at the end. I still like the season before this one better but this season was still pleasing. |

| I think Sousei is better but I still liked this series. I particularly like One of Amata's lines in this episode. That he was reborn again to realize what Sylvia went through 12,000 Years ago (Sylvia lost Apollo and was left alone; Amata's mom was taken and he was alone until he met Mikono) there was something about that line I found really nice. |

| Preach it, bro! I'm glad the boring couple finally got together so Zess & Kagura can now move on to better things. But since the main couple is so undesirable & such a pain to watch through out the whole series I can only give this 6/10 (love everything else from the music to the over-the-top-cheesiness though) |

EVOL is so trollerific, that it makes up for how badly it handled the romance and this so called "serious business." I hated it, but I enjoyed it even more. If that even makes sense. |

| Whole series I thought Zessica and Kagura should be together. Mikono and Amata are so lame and till the end they was so lame, especially Mikono... Amata got one point for loving Mikono, because she is Mikono, not because she is Silvie. (but he is reincarnation of guy who love girl who is reincarnation of Mikono... so still you folllow your destiny...) Even I hate theme "reincarnation lovers", "destined lovers" But some part of me, wanted to Kagura be happy end end up with Mikono, even I hate her. Zessica also my favorite character, even Amata don't "deserves" to be with her, I wanted her to be get happy end and be with guy which she love. Well... I pretty happy there is some hint for Kagura/Zessica... I thought this pairing don't have chance to happen, since Zessica and Kagura didn' have any serious interactions, 5 minuts in last episode and there is more chemistry between them than between Amata/Mikono through whole seires. |

| It was pretty derp but i still liked this episode, like whole series. I'm somwhow satisfied with the ending even thought i wanted Zessica to win so badly earlier, these few last episodes had a big impact on this i guess. All in all, everything went well (even Kagura who had 0 development thorough the series suddenly went 180, why do people here seem to like him anyway, he was so derp.) but being Apollonius is suffering. No one really seems to care he loved and possibly still loves Celiane. Also really liked how Akino's Genesis of Aquarion was used by the end. |

If more fans love Kagura and do something about Kagura, they might make an ova for him. That's always the case in my country. I would definiely buy the Dvd :D i can't say that compared to amata, kagura had tons of suffering. but, if his life was all so brilliant and awesome, and let's say he ended with mikono and amata gets on with zessica. people wouldn't even begin to appreciate how good the series was and just say "boring". in my opinion, a story where everything ends well, an all so happy ending, is boring. not everyone can get what they want. but even then, there is hope to move on. this series represents that well for everyone. not everyone got their super 5-star ending, but they can move on. kagura loved silvie, not mikono. as cheesy as it is, amata loved mikono, and he doubted himself being apollo, that he never even thought mikono was silvie. i think it's proper for him to end with her. apart from that. not to hate on kagura or anything. he does deserve good, i mean. his life sucked ass. but he played the role of an anti hero well. and even got an ending where he got to keep his existence, was liberated from mykage, and finally accepted his other half. his other half loved mikono more. that is the other half with no recollection of being apollo until like the very end. i think it was noble of him to let him pursue that. after all the pushiness he's shown, it's just right to let amata be the pushy one. like i said before, it goes to show more development (although it was rushed) i don't get why people over-overseas (since you're probably calling us overseas) question why we like an ending. im sure people over there like it, and other don't. they showed the story they wanted to show, and no matter which ending it had, some people would love and some would hate. its not about different values, but what we appreciate more. and i am sort of ranting because i hate seeing people question why some people like/hate some endings. its cool to discuss. but its not cool to just judge and say "the way i wanted it to end is WAYY better". but i may just be making shit up. either way. |

I would definiely buy the Dvd :D i do not know about that since Aquarion EVOL is selling well on your home town japan to me Amata and Mikono are good for each other since they are both losers and annoying characters while Kagura and Zessica are better love team since they are both determined to fight for their love but if they make an Aquarion EVOL OVA with reverse/alternate story (joking the reversing powers of Kagura) then that is a great idea |
| Lol, that stuff said in this thread. Especially at overseas people. It's a rushed ending, simple as that. Kagura's sudden change of heart, Mix's sudden change back to being a woman or at least a boobed man, what happens to zessica, etc. Too many questions left unanswered. The series is a mess and mostly nonsensical sexual innuendo but it's entertaining. Some questionable parts but better than most of the trash that has been cranked out this season. |

| Well, I liked the anime - tho it wasn't something extreme, and I liked the end too. I was kinda confused by the developments... no.... I was troubled! I'm ok with Amata/Kagura/Apollo being the reincarnation of Pollon, but where is Apollonius? I will be very dissapointed if Fudo is his reincarnation, and sad if he hasn't reincarnated at all... |

Aquarion is the story of their lovers' spat (main song of Sousei is about them). Think of Touma as a doormat battered wife while Apollonius as those jerk abusive boyfriends from shoujo manga. |
| I really enjoyed watching this anime because firstly it has a great story which explains in detailed,second awesome mecha battles in action which I think is really well put together, lastlly I thought this anime had like a one episode romance but unexpected that has very strong romance. I was quite shocked near the end as there was a twist to it like the name :). |

| The ending itself was pretty epic, and the series itself was very entertaining and I liked a lot of the characters (Andy, Mix, Yunoha, Jin, Zessica, etc). This show COMPLETELY failed though in terms of its main pairing and female lead. Amata isn't groundbreaking but I somewhat like him when he's not screaming MIKONO-SAN and angsting, but Mikono herself? No thanks. Absolutely 100% USELESS up until the end. God, she just really, really sucks. If this was an actual likable pairing, this finale would have me fuck yeah-ing all over the place. Since I truly dislike the pairing? Ugh. 7/10. |
| It feels like they are throwing whatever shit they have to finish this last episode.. I mean where's the conclusion for Amata and Kagura? It's like nothing happened between them after their last fight.. Shall give this series 7/10, mainly for Andy x Mix stuff.. It's like I enjoyed them better than the main characters in this series.. |
| For the past few episodes, this series has gone extremely downhill for me. Even so, just the HINT at KaguraxZessica at the end helped for the ending. I really appreciated that as they got so much shit for the past 26 weeks with my least favorite characters frolicking around. (Amata and Mikono) However I kinda liked Amata this episode, he actually bitched about loving Mikono and did something successful about it. Glad Mix got her boobs back. ^^ Seeing Sharde for the finale was nice too, I wish we got something of Jin.. I still hate that he died. Overall rating? 7/10 and that's only for the side characters. Ok. 7.5 Because sassy Mikage is sassy. And I loved that. |

| I liked when it was only weird. When the plot really began it's started to get boring. The final episode had a cool battle, but that was it. LOVE BACKWARDS is okay. |
| Wow nice ending! Glad to see that Amata and Mikono end up together and Kagura and Zessica accepted that. But I still don't understand why Appolonius left Silvia 12K years ago and let Apollo be with her, I was hoping that they would explain that when Fudou said it's time to learn the truth to Mikono, but what we get is about Mikage's deep love to Appolonius... Seriously there's no truth in that, that's a common knowledge. Anyway, nice ending 10/10 for this episode and 6/10 for the series because for all the trolling they give us. Also, Fudou keep becoming a troll even at the end, way to go to destroy a touching reunion scene lol. |
