She told Mokocchi she would come hang out with her at the festival and she did. I don't see why she would have to stay the whole time and I wouldn't call leaving "ditching her". I thought it was pretty clear the girl on the festival committee who told her to have fun last chapter was the one who put on the uniform and hugged her. But maybe it is someone else and it will be revealed later idk. |
