| Already got the blu ray on Friday, very good picture quality, it's no Laputa or Castle of Cagliostro in terms of picture, but it pops out very nicely, and has good sound quality as well. Very charming, quite humorous movie with a interesting and relevant take on Japan's elderly society. |
| how come just for UK? How come they never released a new US copy of this movie? :( guess i'll just have to consider in getting one of the pervious copies, just don't know which one to go for hm |

So you will not have missed anything new. was there really a US bluray version for this movie? I don't know i think there were only just dvds released here and even those dvds am having trouble finding for a decent price. :( They really need to release a new copy here in the US |
