I still don't know how I feel about the father marrying the girl... Felt like he was just trying to hold onto anything that reminded him of his dead wife.

I was actually kind of hoping he would end up with Yuka as a lover. But like always the pairing I want never happens. =(..

A pretty good anime that fell into a storm of melodrama towards the end. Pretty good ending, but I'm sad that we didn't have a time skip.

It was the opposite for me. I was worried that he was going to end up with Yuka at the end, but I thought that would be too forced because Yuka had only seen Ryou as a son.

One twisted way to see someone as a son lol.... If it was longer i could easily see them together but it was still a unique manga. Much liked it

what an ending. i don't even... its just... i did not expect it to end this way. i guess maybe because 2 extra people joined in to live with the 2. oh well its a happy ending i guess. 6/10 this is where a time skip would have been nice.

Uh...the ending a bit blur and overall, predictable.

Not much to say to this manga but definitely not what I hoped for. Grats on getting out of the hospital though~

It was a nice and cute story, but the whole idea of his dad marrying his classmate just felt incredibly forced and left a bad aftertaste. It would've probably been more enjoyable and believable if she was his adopted sister or something along those lines since it wouldn't have changed the story around too far.

In the end I'm just glad he stuck with Haruka. It's nice seeing the protagonist not being dragged around by what could've easily turned into a harem, especially with Leo suddenly appearing out of pretty much nowhere.

I'm fine with the ending. Expected and hoped that he ends up with Haruka; also secretly hoped Yuka will become his mistress or something like that... From the ending, that isn't quite impossible :P

The translation really sucks though.

I think that other guy - Shuuichi - is pretty much redundant. Ryou and Haruka and Imai can all just live together in the same house. The father must have left them some money, right? What with him being a senior doctor and all. So it is not like they really need Shuuichi's contribution.

Imai - Mother(in-law)

Haruka - Wife

Ryou - Husband

Shuuichi - WTF?

Having said all that, I suspect the author was throwing Imai a life line by introducing Shuuichi into the household. I mean, the Ryou and Imai scenario is not possible now. Ryou loves Haruka and Imai does not wish to come between them. And with the father dead, where does that leave Imai? A widow at such a young age... So probably, the author wanted the readers to imagine a Shuuichi and Imai scenario. Maybe. Or maybe not.

Because right at the end, the last panel, we see a mysterious girl with a suitcase just outside the house. And it says "Another classmate moving in?" right there. Perhaps there's a sequel out there?

Nah... I just don't like the thought of Shuuichi living there. Too soon.

The father just died, right? And you think we can trust Shuuichi not to make a move on Imai? Better to just have Ryou and Haruka taking care of Imai. Shuuichi can go date Leo. He's not a bad guy at all. But really too soon to have Imai stay with another guy other than Ryou...

I also don't like it Shuuichi being there. Imai is too hot for him and he should just go for Ogata. Imai was the best girl but it will unrealistic if Ryou chose her. So im fine for Ryou x Haruka and I hope Imai will willingly become a secret lover. jk ="p

Weird ending, bit rushed.
Imai, she still young. She still can get another dude :p

For Imai route,
The father must've faking the marriage with Imai.
And Ryou not dating Haruka.
