Nichijou because it's absolutely ridiculous. Plastic Nee-san.
Haikyuu!!,even though it's semi-serious it has a fantastic comedic element with great parodical animation styles.

Most anime have comedy in them, even the gorish and more serious ones have at least one joke but I'm not one to laugh too easily. The only anime(probably) which I watch and LMAO-ed was Gintama because they are outrageous, they go beyond pretty much anything I have seen and sneak a joke even when there's supposed to be a serious arc.

Prison School made me laugh so much I had to paused it and wipe the tears from my eyes so I could actually read the subs. The truthfully reality in Prison School makes it quite funny.

Hokuto no Ken is absolutely incredible.

I've laughed so many times now just from the whooping Kenshiro whips out using his Hokuto Shinken and I'm only 4 episodes in.

Kill la Kill, because some moments are so absurd it's hilarious. Especially Mako is very funny with her pep talks.

Fma:B also has pretty funny moments, espsecially the faces Ed makes when he's angry or up to something or when he's trying to piss Roy off.

Gintama : one of the few shows out there that actually manage me to literally ROTFL
Nichijou : didn't think it was funny at first but it quickly grew on me as it progress
Sabagebu! : love how absurd it was
Prison School : even having read the manga beforehand, this still managed to make me laugh.

Off the top of my head, I'd say the ones that made me laugh my ass off most are:

Dansai Koukousei no Nichijou
Hetalia
Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
Level- E
Durarara!!

I've actually been in tears of laughter with these!! I guess it's just that sheer ridiculousness...especially in Nichibros, because let's face it, most of us have probably accidentally shaved our nibbles off and wondered if they'd ever grow back.

My first laughs: Dragon Ball. Because? Well, Goku. And all the other characters ways of doing their things.
The most recent one: I can't understand what my husband is saying. (reasons shared with below anime)

Mainly School Rumble: the situation humour was great, helped by the absurd over-stereotypical characters behaviors. And the few references were good. I laughed a lot less once I started and ended the manga before returning to the show.
Abenobashi Maoh Shôtengai and Excel Saga : obviously for the references humour. I love this kind of thing.
Then a few scholar scenes in Full Metal Panic (thanks to the contrast between Sagara and the background)
Suzumiya Haruhi no Yùtsu (I knew the first stories but seeing them animated made them even more incongruous)

If I add mangas:
School Rumble: see above
Dr. Slump: some might find the scatological aspect redundant and,not appealing but there is so much more in it. I especially love the way Senbei gets serious. Also all the 70s-80s things Toriyama collected in his manga.
Genshiken: the kind of realistic depiction of the background and characters make the comedic parts/jokes even more funny. The interactions between Saki and the club are a good part of it, too. AND all the references obviously.
Can't say much about the sequel, the french publisher sadly got rid of the first series and won't license the new one.
Bleach: the first parts. That is why I liked this series (at first).

I am currently looking for a new humour manga to read. I tried One-Punch Man but the same things are coming over and over again. One had advised me to "watch" Gintama, I did it for 7episodes but it never made me laugh (despite the fact I knew some historical figures), it was supposed to have plenty of references/caricatures but it left me "hungry". Shall I better read the manga?

Hataraku Maou-sama.

The interaction between the main characters was so good. Satan himself coming from another world speaking another (ridiculous) language and working at McDonalds. The setting itself spelled funny, and it delivered.

Kimengumi - Just a funny show, some parts are just brilliant slap stick weirdness. Those Faces.
Gintama - Its just comedy genius after 20+ episodes.
Beezlebub - There was a scene where they were playing a FPS, and doing a character creation.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - The computer club scene.
Denou Coil - Even though it's mostly a serious sci-fi drama, it has one of the best situation comedy and especially subtle sight gags. Both of which you don't see very often in anime.
Gintama - The hospital scene from episode 67.

Noragami and Haikyu have made me actually laugh out loud. There's something about their perfect timing of comedic animation and music that really goes with my sense of humor. The characters in Haikyu are goofballs anyways and their hyped personalities are easy to laugh about.

Binbougami Ga! is by far the funniest series I've ever seen. It was so vulgar and ridiculously random all the time, and the heated rivalry between said vulgar characters, is perfect. When looking at the cover, one wouldn't normally expect to see the type of humor this anime shows, but that makes it even better.

D-Frag!: This was another one that legit made me laugh without any cringey moments. It was pretty vulgar, though not nearly as much as Binbougami Ga! but equally, if not more out there. The situations the MC would find himself in were always so stupid and over the top, it was hilarious when he pointed stuff like that out, trying to be a voice of reason but always ignored.

Arakawa Under the Bridge: I loved this anime, and Hoshi is one of the funniest characters in any anime I've ever seen. The concept is purely ludicrous, but simple in heart and makes it work without question. Mainly the interactions of the reasonable but jaded MC, with the other completely off the wall characters who live under the bridge makes for a pretty funny situation. Again, this is the series where the MC likes to point out the obvious flaws and stupidity of the people around them, and plans/situations everyone is found in, though he usually ends up going along with them anyway. Hoshi continually fucking with the mc (forget his name) was amazing.
