| Skinny people... gosh.. I don't remember much from Death Note, but Code Geass so far definitely reminds me of 07 Ghosts and Gundam Seed. o_O But I get the smart and borderline villian hero comparison. Love those characters. :D Except I see the cliché arrogant prince. :( |
| A bit late into the series but I know I will be enjoying this. Prob most likely because Lelouch looks badass and didn't cry in fear. When he smiled at the end after making them kill themselves I went "awwwwww yeeeeaaaa" incoming badass alert |

| Oh wow. What an exhilarating way to begin an anime. I now have high hopes for this anime. I've put off watching this anime for months because I'm not a fan of mecha animes and the art wasn't appealing to me. I still don't like mecha but since Code Geass doesn't seem to revolve around it, I'll withstand it. The art has already struck me as beautiful, the character art has more of a late 90s style but the background is so detailed. |

| Having heard so many great things about this anime, I decided to give it a watch, but this isn't my first time watching the first episode. In fact, I've seen it like 3 or 4 times already because I tried to start this series so many times but couldn't get into it. Last time I tried to watch this anime I stopped at episode 7. But now that I've watched over a hundred other anime, I think I'm ready. First episode was really interesting, Lelouch seems really cool. I like that power he has. Oh and I'm loving the mechas, this anime shall be interesting indeed! |

| First impressions: it was good. I zoned out on the mecha fights hope there won't be too much of that :/ Decent main character so far. Don't really know anything about him yet. And his character design is awful. Well, this is obviously one of those slow burners. I won't judge from 1st ep since I thought first ep of Steins; Gate was meh at first and now it's my favourite anime of all time... |

| First half of this episode was boring as shit; the second half was pretty interesting, though. I'm expecting this to be one of the best anime of all time. Hopefully this episode is not an indicator of the quality of the series overall. |

| So first episode of the infamous Code Geass, was interesting to watch. Didn't think Lelouch would get such a power, seems really dangerous. But I like the characters so far and despite being a Mech it looks good. |
| It's been too long since I last watched this... Boom, head-shot! I always thought the first episode could have been better... I still think that. Best part is when Lelouch tells them to die. ^_^ |

| It was an ok episode, I got bit confused with all this information but towards the end the episode got interesting. Lelouch does remind me of Light as they are both intelligent, but also both have similar goals as to change the world and use their power (death note/geass) to change it. I actually see why people recommend Code Geass to Death Note. I really love Death Note and I heard about how good this series is so I thought I'll give it a go. I'm looking forward to watching more of these episodes. I hope the whole of Code Geass series isn't like the first episode :) |

| Starting this! So Britannia and Japan are enemies so to speak. Britannia has basically invaded Japan and are already taking it for themselves (watching others as terrorists who attack them in some form). Lelouch, i can tell, he's a smart guy and he got a power from that green-haired girl which makes him control people. I really liked this first episode, already into the action. I think, this power could easily manipulate him into a bad guy though. |

| Didn't like the OP song. I don't catch a interest in this series because of lot of difficult to understand words. Hey. I guess Lelouch IQ is extremely high as shown on chess game. What interested me was when Lelouch got a power and commanded them to kill themselves. What a OverPowered ability. ED song is well fit for this show. It gives me a shiver on my spine. |
