I don't think a body, however prosthetic, can be strong enough to show bullet holes but still be able to keep going after being hit so many times.

It would be discussed in later episodes that the cyborg's body is special issue for a crack unit in the Japanese military. I think that could best answer your question on how it (the cyborg attacker) could take all the gunshot damage while being able to flee and escape S9.

The major, Batou, and the Tachikomas couldn't bring down this dude! I have a feeling they're in for some more trouble later on.

They might have been able to take him down if he didn't flee from the scene...anyways...good episode as usual.

Wow, nice episode, interesting revolutions are always a point of interest, but the whole case itself is quite odd =O

Yeah, he sure was able to take a lot of bullets, and he jumped ridiculously far. An interesting case, I wonder how he will attempt to kill the PM.

Could that be the main villain? Or one?? Nice episode, the cyborg is an interesting character. I wonder how he has access to such advanced technology.

it's nice that Section 9 and the cabinet members still know "The Laughing Man" incident.

and yeah that man can leap like hell O_____O

it's no surprise he was able to infiltrate the shrine despite Section 9 being on the guard.

it seems bullets won't kill him :)

can't wait for the next episode :P

Seems like he could have definitely hill prime minister if he really wanted to. He could have had a gun and then it would be over lol. I wonder what his real intentions are.

Interesting episode, I didn't find it at all boring and I found the whole idea behind the revolution fascinating.
That's one small step for man, a humongous leap for android.

Well, that guy was fucking powerful. To just resist to the best commando with a katana...

So I guess the Eleven Individuals will be the big arc of the season like the Laughing Man was for the first season.

I'm loving this already more than S1. And damn, why does this show have so good OPs and EDs? I'm completely hooked to every single one of them. Yoko Kanno I guess.

5/5

As a natural extension, the second series is keeping a pathos and complexity that do not regret and elevate the saga of GITS.
Plot and narrative promoted, drawings and animations discreet.
Scenarios excellent.
Soundtrack and opening and ending really nice.
This is an anime that deserves the vision of all those who are fans of Japanese animation.

Ugh, I hate it in films and tv shows and stuff where someone or a group is tasked with bodyguarding someone important, and they go out of their way to risk getting themselves killed xD

I would prefer a more elusive mastermind as an antagonist, but okay...
I love the history behind the logo though, that was well done.

That leap at the end, wth. o_o
